Then they miss measured the back splash on the breakfast bar. That made the bar part with a 1" gap between the cabinet. I called at least 12 times and talked to "Kelly" who assured me that the owner would return my call. Never received a call. I had to hire a finish carpenter to cover the 1" gap. I took over the receipt for $350. And again called multiple times to ask about reimbursement. Nothing. I paid them over $11,000. For my kitchen counters. You would think they would guarantee their work as stated on their website.

It was a transfer unit to our generator that had a fried resistor. I called Pan American and sent a picture of the fried part to Patrick who sent out their technician, Adam, who replaced it on the spot. Then Patrick, went way above the call of duty and explained that our original Generac installer had put this panel in, but Generac does not recommend it; they recommend a hard-wired connection. Patrick said, if this happened again to get the AC company to hard-wire so that when the generator came on during a power outage, and the AC was on, this wouldn't happen again. Great work!
