The quality of the workmanship in the installation was excellent. The materials are high-quality and look great. It was more expensive than a wood fence, but not when replacement costs for rotting wood are taken into account. We paid approximately $7,000 for this fence, not including the additional payment processing surcharge of around $200 they charged before and after the job. Based on my experience with the quality of the materials, the lack of follow-up, and the customer service, I would not recommend Fence King. Dan, Your response is inconsistent with what we were promised. We specifically requested that our fence match our neighbor's fence, and we were assured that is exactly what we would receive. The fact that our fence looks years older and is already showing signs of rot while our neighbor's fence is not is unacceptable. We paid our balance in full because we believed we had received the quality fence we paid for. It wasn't until the wood began discoloring, deteriorating, and showing signs of premature decay that we realized there was a serious problem. We contacted your company as soon as these issues became apparent and were assured that someone would come out, inspect the fence, and replace any defective boards. Those promises were never fulfilled. You stated that someone came out to inspect the fence. We have security cameras covering our entire property, so please provide the exact date and approximate time of that visit so we can verify it. To our knowledge, no one has ever come to inspect the fence. You also stated that multiple calls were made to my wife and me. Please provide the dates, times, and phone numbers used. Neither of us has any missed calls or voicemails from your company regarding this matter. The fence was installed in early 2025, cost approximately $7,000, and is already experiencing rotting boards, loose pickets, and a level of deterioration that should not occur in such a short period of time. That is not the quality of workmanship or materials we paid for. If your company is unwilling to honor its commitments and correct these issues, I will pursue every available legal and consumer avenue to hold your company accountable. I am requesting that you either stand behind your work or provide the documentation supporting the claims made in your response.

For instance, we had a small tree growing up against the side of our roof that was causing damage. They cut it down and hauled it off no charge! For our siding repair, there ended up being more damage that any of us had anticipated. Instead of putting up good siding over it to stay on budget, they texted me photos of the damage to make sure I was informed and cut out the rotten wood and fixed it like it should be done. The reason for the three stars (which I will raise ,if, the outcome of this is sufficient) is in the paragraph below. The guys were fast, efficient, and very tidy. They asked numerous times throughout the job if the trim was good or if I wanted it cut back more etc. So we had two water oaks removed from our property today. Everything was going great until it wasn't. I have attached pictures. The new truck they use to cut trees had a malfunction and a piece of the tree fell straight through our roof. I heard the loud bang and waited a few minutes before going outside because I knew it wasn't good haha. The guy operating the crane was pacing back and forth on the phone with his supervisors explaining what happened. He then proceeds to tell me something went wrong and that there is a hole in my roof. I feel many times the, initial, reaction is to panic and put blame on a company or an individual, instead of, just coming to terms with the fact that shit happens. I could see how concerned and upset this gentleman was at the fact he had just put a hole in my roof. As much as I wanted to I didn't see the need to let him know how upset I was. It says licensed and insured on there advertisements so I guess we will be putting that to the test. It is 3:21 on 4/25/2023 and I have been told there is a roof guy that will come and tarp the roof and then they will fix it. So to anyone who ever wondered what happens if they drop a tree on your house stay tuned! From my experience so far they have been extremely professional.
