I had a "premium", very expensive system put in and a sprinter heads broke days after installation, and they would not come and look at it much less repair it, though this was the least of the problems. The system was not designed properly. The sprinkler heads were not located properly, and there are patches of grass that never get water and some that get to much and shrubs that get ripped to shreds from the big rotary heads. Some zones have too many sprinkler heads on them for the water pressure and the layout is poorly designed. They wouldn't even come look at the problems. Do not use these guys!

I feel like people just tell the horrors of their experience and don't give credit where credit is…read moredue. The crew at Ziegler's were awesome. The reason for the three stars (which I will raise ,if, the outcome of this is sufficient) is in the paragraph below. The guys were fast, efficient, and very tidy. They asked numerous times throughout the job if the trim was good or if I wanted it cut back more etc. So we had two water oaks removed from our property today. Everything was going great until it wasn't. I have attached pictures. The new truck they use to cut trees had a malfunction and a piece of the tree fell straight through our roof. I heard the loud bang and waited a few minutes before going outside because I knew it wasn't good haha. The guy operating the crane was pacing back and forth on the phone with his supervisors explaining what happened. He then proceeds to tell me something went wrong and that there is a hole in my roof. I feel many times the, initial, reaction is to panic and put blame on a company or an individual, instead of, just coming to terms with the fact that shit happens. I could see how concerned and upset this gentleman was at the fact he had just put a hole in my roof. As much as I wanted to I didn't see the need to let him know how upset I was. It says licensed and insured on there advertisements so I guess we will be putting that to the test. It is 3:21 on 4/25/2023 and I have been told there is a roof guy that will come and tarp the roof and then they will fix it. So to anyone who ever wondered what happens if they drop a tree on your house stay tuned! From my experience so far they have been extremely professional. I will update the stars to 5 once they fix my roof, lol, but for now I think everyone understands I got to go with the three (only because there is a hole in the roof. Everything outside of this was top notch people! Update: two men in a truck pulled up and said they were here to put up the tarp. 2 hours later not to bad.

The price was very reasonable for the work I had done. Jeremy came over to look at it, gave me an estimate, and the crew showed up the next day. They were right on time and did a great job. They were respectful of my property, fence, etc. and cleaned up everything afterwards. Aside from the cuts in the tree, there was no sign they had been there. One thing that impressed me -- all the crew members were smart and they knew what they were doing. The crew chief was a licensed arborist and the other guys could talk the talk. They have obviously had some kind of training beyond basic safety stuff. All of them were polite and personable and friendly to deal with. I would not hesitate to have them back again. The next the tree needs a trim they are the first ones I'll call. Highly recommended.

Frank Bergeron came out to give us a quote. He was very nice and for the most part professional. I enjoyed talking with him, however, the only thing I didn't really like was him asking me what I did for a living and my wife work. If it was a genuine question bout interesting in my work, thats one thing but it seemed he was more asking how much money i made. Other than that, I enjoyed talking with him and he was very responsive to calls. During the quote I did Ask how much they charge for labor, but he told me that they don't reveal that information. Overall, Excellent communication with Natasha, Frank, and Samuel. There was a lot of subcontractors involved in the project. They worked very hard. The quality of the frame was a bit disappointing, although they got the frame up in a single day. The wood quality looked very cheap for what was being charged. The pavers and installation of pavers was excellent work. The only down side to the pavers was the edges. They just leave the edges with broken up sloped cement. The edges didn't look good and with the cost of the job, you'd expect them to at least fully cement it or anything to make it look good. But I have to understand that wasn't part of the job i guess. tl;dr Very expensive, They don't tell you the cost of labor, HIGHLY recommend getting an Inspector for the job to make sure the subcontractors do good job. Job completion was very fast. Looks good, but quality of material could be a lot better. My project for a 20x25 covered patio with a 5'0" x 14" bar, with Pavers cost $32,000.

They completed the work ahead of time and helped with so many things - an extra drain to help with the water into the swale which was diverted to keep from undermining the neighbors garden (which was over on our property), to mention just a one. Everything is thriving now that we have reached the hot, humid summer weather and we are secure in the knowledge that our drainage system (here in wet Louisiana) will function to take the run-off water out to the street and not drown our grass or plants. Matt recently came out to assess the drainage after a new garden bed was installed and they will install two more drains to cover this. Many thanks, to Matt, Aaron and the rest of the team!
