So they came out and cut his tree first thing in the morning, and while they were finishing up, grinding up his stomp. It came over to my house and did what I needed to be done. They left both houses like they hadn't been there. They did a real good job of that. We both were very pleased at what we saw at both houses. He did ask for payment upfront and I had no issue paying this, did so via Venmo......the crew came out and took the tree down, old-school style. And let me explain that what entailed: A tree expert climbing to the top of the tree and lopping off branch by branch, trunk piece by trunk piece, while a crew of 2-3 guys had a rope and were balancing him AND the tree parts as they were being hacked off. They were little more expensive, but we know we can count on them....and by the way, when we called them back to see if they were still able to do the job - THEY KNEW WHO WE WERE!!!!
