The price was very reasonable for the work I had done. Jeremy came over to look at it, gave me an estimate, and the crew showed up the next day. They were right on time and did a great job. They were respectful of my property, fence, etc. and cleaned up everything afterwards. Aside from the cuts in the tree, there was no sign they had been there. One thing that impressed me -- all the crew members were smart and they knew what they were doing. The crew chief was a licensed arborist and the other guys could talk the talk. They have obviously had some kind of training beyond basic safety stuff. All of them were polite and personable and friendly to deal with. I would not hesitate to have them back again. The next the tree needs a trim they are the first ones I'll call. Highly recommended.

They also removed some smaller trees on the property. They got them both removed safely and also grinded the stumps. They removed a part of the fence then put it back for us. The reason for the three stars (which I will raise ,if, the outcome of this is sufficient) is in the paragraph below. The guys were fast, efficient, and very tidy. They asked numerous times throughout the job if the trim was good or if I wanted it cut back more etc. So we had two water oaks removed from our property today. Everything was going great until it wasn't. I have attached pictures. The new truck they use to cut trees had a malfunction and a piece of the tree fell straight through our roof. I heard the loud bang and waited a few minutes before going outside because I knew it wasn't good haha. The guy operating the crane was pacing back and forth on the phone with his supervisors explaining what happened. He then proceeds to tell me something went wrong and that there is a hole in my roof. I feel many times the, initial, reaction is to panic and put blame on a company or an individual, instead of, just coming to terms with the fact that shit happens. I could see how concerned and upset this gentleman was at the fact he had just put a hole in my roof. As much as I wanted to I didn't see the need to let him know how upset I was. It says licensed and insured on there advertisements so I guess we will be putting that to the test. It is 3:21 on 4/25/2023 and I have been told there is a roof guy that will come and tarp the roof and then they will fix it. So to anyone who ever wondered what happens if they drop a tree on your house stay tuned! From my experience so far they have been extremely professional.
