We had a very enjoyable experience using Northlake Moving in Covington. Andy and his crew (Matt,…read more"The Professional," and the Newbie) kept us entertained without ever slowing down or missing a beat. They were very professional and courteous, never cursing and never complaining (even when moving my Tempur-Pedic mattress). My estimate for furniture for a 2400 square foot house, including lawn furniture and outdoor yard tools, was very reasonable. The crew did such a great job, even with the 20 minute storm, and still finished two hours early, saving me money. My only regret - I wish I had taken out more cash for a tip. The office personnel answered all my questions, was very polite and kind, called to let me know the time, and completed my transaction by computer and phone very timely. I would recommend Northlake 100%!

While other companies will give you an arrival window and keep you waiting, Miguel and his team arrive precisely when you planned and get straight to work. I am also a first time homeowner and haven't gotten a room painted before, and Miguel provided great insight on all my questions about what paint/finish to buy and how to prepare for the job. He is also a lovely human being who makes you feel at ease from the second you meet him. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience.
