He stopped by after he was done and we went over our requirements (Seal Coat our existing driveway & add 180 sq/ft of new asphalt.) Dave took the time to go over the entire area, verify existing condition, review with us exactly what he planned on doing and a step-by-step of how he would go about doing it. We agreed to all the work and the cost agreed upon was extremely reasonable. The day came to do the "add on" and Dave was able to complete the work in roughly 1/2 a day and the end result was above and beyond our expectations. As we had agreed the seal coating was done on a subsequent day and again it was done quickly, efficiently and the end result absolutely blew us away. The quality of all the work, the minimal amount of time that it took and most of all the way Dave kept us in the loop letting us know of all that was being done means I have no issue recommending his work to anyone else who's looking to use his services and we will definitely reach out to him for any work that we may require in the future. Chet has amazing bed-side manner paired with master level expertise. Due to the placement of the 20x25 concrete pad, drainage was an important consideration. He worked well with his excavator (who was also very skilled-Don) and they were able to work with the existing drainage relief in place already at my home as well as create more of drainage to accommodate the new pad. As with any good contractor, I had to wait a bit to get his services, but even the wait wasn't unreasonable. After the project was complete, I had a concern about the cuts that were needed to be made to keep the concrete from cracking. The cuts didn't extend as far as it seemed they needed to preserve the integrity of the large pad edges. He was quick to have someone return to address this concerns and extend the cuts to help prevent cracking. Highly recommend!!

I removed the brick and cleaned the area myself. chet and his crew showed up on a Tuesday and laid the forms, stone and rebar. the next morning they were there at 530 to check everything and poured the concrete at 0610. they were completely done by 1130. the next day the came back and pulled the forms and cleaned and sealed the seams. thought this would take a week but done in a day. they were awesome. chet and his crew were professional and explained everything that was to be done and how to care for it. they cleaned everything and covered my house and windows with plastic. he was 100 dollars over on his estimate but I didn't argue and told him to keep the extra. he gives a discount for cash payment. he even volunteered one of his guys or himself to come over and help seal. great company. would recommend to any one. great job guys my wife was thrilled and she can be tough to please. I cant give enough praise to this company and the quality of work he has done. he even made a recommendation for someone to install a pole building and how to address my wants and said he would do the floor for me and since I was a repeat customer could work on the price. again great job and crew. cant say enough but thank you and great job
