He was able to jump start my car, and made a recommendation on where to take it for battery replacement. Great communication and a wonderful recommendation. My car was fixed by mid-afternoon today. My Dodge Charger completely stopped on me coming home into my apartment complex. Everything locked up on my car and nothing would work even popping my trunk to get to the battery for a jump.
