Great service at PetSmart Auburn!…read more My cats were hungry due to a total fail delivery from Amazon (because they used USPS to ship pet food to me) I signed onto PetSmart for in-store pick up. Within 15 minutes of placing my order, I had an email that it was ready to pick up. I drove up, called and asked for curbside pickup. Within two minutes the gal was out, my car was loaded, and I was on the way home. Awesome service!

I have gone to petsmart multiple times and haven't had an issue up until now…read more I took my dog in to get a slight haircut and cleaning and showed a picture of what I wanted (same thing as always) and was ensured that was what was going to be done. Upon picking up my dog, I immediately noticed she was shaved completely.... obviously FAR from what I had asked for and I mentioned that I was not happy to which I was immediately dismissed and told "she was matted so we shaved her". My dog was not matted, never has been as I wash and brush her once a week... even then, shaving her was never discussed. When I started to talk to a manager I was immediately asked "was she matted" rather than a slight concern. I have attached the pictures of how she looked before, the reference picture of what I wanted, and how my dog looks currently.

We were interviewed and selected based on our…read moreapplication, and although we were prepared to wait 6-8 months, we were lucky to get our puppy within about 3 months due to a change in timing for other families. We were the last pick in the litter, which can feel discouraging, but Shelby was very reassuring and confident in her matching process, and she was right because we ended up with the perfect puppy for our home. Our puppy came home at 10 weeks healthy, confident, and well-adjusted, which made the transition very smooth. Shelby was organized, provided all health testing and paperwork, and has continued to be supportive as our puppy grows. We are very grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her!
