The owner took wonderful care of our doggy…read more I have a Jack Russell who would not do well in an environment with bigger dogs (our little buddy is afraid of big dogs, so he couldn't stay there) but since we live close by, she made the rare exception to come to our house to look after him for the three days we would be out of town. I did visit the boarding facility to determine if my dog would be a good fit, and while my dog was not secure around the bigger doggies, the dogs she had there were so happy and confident, I could tell that she took great care of her own dogs and the dogs in her care. She was wonderfully professional, trustworthy and our dog loved her, she was so very kind to him and looked after our kitties too. She is attentive to detail and caring. I didn't think twice about leaving my house key with her and giving her full access to my home and pets. She will be my go to pet sitter going forward if she is ok with it.

I have gone to petsmart multiple times and haven't had an issue up until now…read more I took my dog in to get a slight haircut and cleaning and showed a picture of what I wanted (same thing as always) and was ensured that was what was going to be done. Upon picking up my dog, I immediately noticed she was shaved completely.... obviously FAR from what I had asked for and I mentioned that I was not happy to which I was immediately dismissed and told "she was matted so we shaved her". My dog was not matted, never has been as I wash and brush her once a week... even then, shaving her was never discussed. When I started to talk to a manager I was immediately asked "was she matted" rather than a slight concern. I have attached the pictures of how she looked before, the reference picture of what I wanted, and how my dog looks currently.

What's more disturbing was that I specifically told them to be gentle around his anal area and not to trim too short, this has been an issue in the past. Never again!!
