You had to break shit and remove probably the most important light in the vehicle? *sigh* If you plan on taking your vehicle there, you'll get your issues fixed but be sure fully inspect your car when you get it back to see what has been damaged or removed. I tried using Yelp to help find a shop that had high ratings & mostly positive reviews. I had a shop (Walter @ Mac's Automotive) convince me that replacing my rear end assembly instead of rebuilding the differential would be more cost-effective due to labor & parts. Initially quoted me $2300 ($1700 for the rear end) + $500 for 2 sensors that had to be replaced (told me that I had to do all 4). Ended up having Scott tow my truck from that shop to his & I told him what The prior shop had told me. To my surprise, Scott came back that same day quoting me $1300 for the rebuild. Then he mentioned the sensors & expressed their importance but I didn't have to do all 4. All said & done........$1655 out the door! Thank God For Perfection Drivetrain!

I came in to fix a flat and wanted to know how much it would cost if I added the tire rotation. They quoted me to fix the flat for free and charge for the rotation and calibrating the sensors to new tire positions. Great deal and I accepted. The problem came when they came back to tell me they were done with the rotation but I needed a new tire. I'm in a money crunch this week and I can't buy the new tire. Actually I didn't want to buy just one new tire. I prefer 2 new ones because the tires have about half the wear of new. I can't afford 2 new tires. I'll need to buy a used tire with 6/32 tread and have it mounted and rotated in with these. But unfortunately they hadn't checked the tire to be sure it was good for a flat repair first. That put me in a jam. I came in for a flat repair and was getting a deal which is why I chose to rotate tires as well. Now there's no deal. Everything has changed. I spoke to a manager and he was very gracious. Both the young men actually were very professional and I was quite impressed. Lately it seems if there's any issue no matter what business it is, the employees get nasty. Even if I'm very cool about it, they're very defensive and even aggressive post Covid. Customer service is so different post Covid. But not these guys. I think the manager was Lonnie and I wish I could remember the other young man's name. He wore glasses. I appreciate these guys understanding my disappointment and they offered to waive the charges on the rotation and just put my spare back on. They also put plastic bags on the rim and tire so they wouldn't get the interior of my vehicle dirty. That was totally unexpected since I put the tire into the back without a cover to begin with. 5 stars for this tire shop. They are all so nice and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for anyone trying to find a trustworthy reasonably priced tire store.

It looked like i needed a new starter, which was with labor, about 380 dollars. On whim, he took my battery home to test it on his equipment. Later he called and said the battery amperage was low at full charge and suggested I get a new battery. I did and the problem was solved. His charges to me was reduced to 25 dollars, hardly even enough for his time. Thanks to him , I avoided a tow charge, and a large repair bill.

There were a few new employees being trained, and the team there was respectful and helpful making sure the new team members were being trained properly.
