The service here is outstanding! After such bad dealership issues I found these guys and I'm so…read morehappy. They take care of everything you need from an oil change on up. Their pricing is on point and the guys are super friendly. As a woman I worry about getting taken advantage of since I don't always know as much mechanically as most men but they don't try to sell you anything here or fix anything that's not broken. This shop has my business for life.

I came in to fix a flat and wanted to know how much it would cost if I added the tire rotation. They quoted me to fix the flat for free and charge for the rotation and calibrating the sensors to new tire positions. Great deal and I accepted. The problem came when they came back to tell me they were done with the rotation but I needed a new tire. I'm in a money crunch this week and I can't buy the new tire. Actually I didn't want to buy just one new tire. I prefer 2 new ones because the tires have about half the wear of new. I can't afford 2 new tires. I'll need to buy a used tire with 6/32 tread and have it mounted and rotated in with these. But unfortunately they hadn't checked the tire to be sure it was good for a flat repair first. That put me in a jam. I came in for a flat repair and was getting a deal which is why I chose to rotate tires as well. Now there's no deal. Everything has changed. I spoke to a manager and he was very gracious. Both the young men actually were very professional and I was quite impressed. Lately it seems if there's any issue no matter what business it is, the employees get nasty. Even if I'm very cool about it, they're very defensive and even aggressive post Covid. Customer service is so different post Covid. But not these guys. I think the manager was Lonnie and I wish I could remember the other young man's name. He wore glasses. I appreciate these guys understanding my disappointment and they offered to waive the charges on the rotation and just put my spare back on. They also put plastic bags on the rim and tire so they wouldn't get the interior of my vehicle dirty. That was totally unexpected since I put the tire into the back without a cover to begin with. 5 stars for this tire shop. They are all so nice and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for anyone trying to find a trustworthy reasonably priced tire store.

Hands down, THE place to go if you want to find people you can trust. I went to Toyota today…read morebecause I had a huge nail in my tire and they said that it had a leak in it and would need to be replaced. They highly recommended that I replace all 4 because I have an all wheel drive vehicle and that was going to be $900 for the same tires that I currently have. They said if I didn't do all 4, I should definitely do at least 2 of them. I went to Bruneel (now Point S) and Larry (so friendly!) told me that they couldn't find any leaks and that the tire was at the optimal air pressure level, before even doing anything. He actually came out to have me verify that they were looking at the right tire! It was the right tire, so they put my spare back in the trunk and put my tire back on and told me to just keep an eye on it. There was another couple in the shop at the same time for the same problem...they got an outrageous quote and long lead-time from a different place and Carlos (also super friendly) told them to come on by, so hopefully they have a great experience, too! As a woman w not much car knowledge, it is SO nice to have a place in town that I know I can trust.

I was greeted outside as I pulled in by Christian, he happened to answer a question I had about installing tires that I was bringing in. He then walked in with me and introduced me to the manager, Carlos who took excellent care of what I needed to have done. Highly reccomend this place! Just the perfect place for excellent customer service and honest work!

I took an older Toyota with transmission issues in to Darin to figure out what it would take to fix it. He quoted me $60 to do that. He checked it out, burped it, added fluid and it ran like new. Then he only charged me $30! He also noted the u joints were going bad. He replaced them, and they're still working well. When the clutch went out on my 2011 Nissan Frontier, the dealer wanted over $2500 for parts and labor. Darin got it done for $1900, and it's working great. The one problem I had with it (idiot light wouldn't go out) was sorted out by Darin and crew a month later at no charge. They do good work, and they aren't trying to take you for a ride. He could have told me the tranny was bad on the Toyota, and needed replaced for all I knew. I really appreciate being able to trust them.

Darren brought my truck in and looked it over for a transmission leak in the front differential. When Darren explain what the problem was he advised that it may still be under warranty. So instead of charging me for something that he could've made money on he went the extra mile and made sure that it was still under warranty, which it was. Darren called the Chevy dealership for me and verified that this was a warranty issue. I must say that in this day and age it was very refreshing to have a honest dhop like this one highly recommend if I ever have any transmission work I will definitely come here.
