Removed parking brake lock (car can be pulled out of park without using the brake pedal) 3. Removed CHECK ENGINE light from dash. (Computer was still throwing codes) Let me repeat, THEY REMOVED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BULB. Now I have no idea when the computer is throwing codes. Hell the car could be running lean or rich or have a vaccum leak and I wouldn't have a damn clue. What? Fixing the car wasn't good enough for you Phil? You had to break shit and remove probably the most important light in the vehicle? *sigh* If you plan on taking your vehicle there, you'll get your issues fixed but be sure fully inspect your car when you get it back to see what has been damaged or removed. But I'm going to a new mechanic, one who isn't utterly dishonest.

Your attempt to somehow point out that I am not aware of something of other blemishes is totally ridiculous and does not prove anything but a sad attempt to deflect. They got my truck squared away ahead of time and kept me updated throughout the process. The prices are absolutely fair, and it was so nice interacting with a legitimate shop that doesn't try to gouge you on pricing or unnecessary repairs. With their vehicle inspections, they caught an alignment issue that I had been worried about for a couple years and was promised by another shop that it wasn't a problem. They recommended I take it to Big O next door and just as they had thought, the alignment was severely off. I has been driving like this for almost 2 years and no other shop caught this ! They have earned a customer for life and I will be coming here for all my repair needs. Truly lucky that I found this place and I would 1000000% recommend them.

I tried using Yelp to help find a shop that had high ratings & mostly positive reviews. I had a shop (Walter @ Mac's Automotive) convince me that replacing my rear end assembly instead of rebuilding the differential would be more cost-effective due to labor & parts. Initially quoted me $2300 ($1700 for the rear end) + $500 for 2 sensors that had to be replaced (told me that I had to do all 4). Ended up having Scott tow my truck from that shop to his & I told him what The prior shop had told me. To my surprise, Scott came back that same day quoting me $1300 for the rebuild. Then he mentioned the sensors & expressed their importance but I didn't have to do all 4. All said & done........$1655 out the door! Thank God For Perfection Drivetrain!
