The food is good, real good in my opinion. The weird thing is when you walk into the " restaurant ", there's a man rolling sushi and off to the right is a register often with a young adult. That young person is taking phone orders, handing out pick up orders and assisting walk in customers all while the owner or cook/manager/boss seems to bark directions. It's weird. The restaurant has no host to seat you so you order your food then walk out or sit down with your carryout. It's odd but the food is decent. Crab Rangoon and Generals Shrimp were great. read more

It took around an hour to get to my place during the evening which is normal. I loved the wonton soup, I can be picky when it comes to it but I really enjoyed the flavor. I ordered the sesame chicken meal and I got an egg roll with it. I liked that on the website you can pick the spice level of the sauce on your chicken. 4-24 Have been going here for years. I ordered my usual shrimp dinner and the very first bite I realized the shrimp was bad. Weird but tasted kind of like ammonia. I stopped in and told the woman at the front counter and she opened up the container and started arguing with me. No can I replace it for something else? Nothing. Just immediately angry. I recently called your restaurant asking to speak to a manager. I was asked who was calling and said that I was calling from a local school. I was placed on hold then heard the phone hang up. I called back and told the person I was hung up on. The response received was "you're not interested ". You don't even know why I was calling. It's extremely disappointing and rude that your establishment would hang up on a patron. Your restaurant serves the community of the school I was calling from. The neighborhood you are located in consists of families that go to that school. I was calling to ask for a small donation and see if I could order a tray for an event we are having. This would have been an amazing opportunity for you to support a local school and promote your business. Is this how you treat your customers? By hanging up on them? Awful all around. Delivery takes 1.5 to 2 hours. If you call to ask the status of your order the little kid who answers the phone messes with you. i.e. He'll ask for your number then cut you off before you say anything, then asks your address and does the same thing, then says "it'll be there in 10 minutes and hangs up. The food is good. The prices are good. The people that work there are the nastiest most unfriendly people in the world. The old woman, the boy, perhaps the owner and son are just mean. You're never greeted with a hello. You get, "Last for digits of your phone number." That's all. Nothing more. This place used to be my favorite place. The only reason they are getting a 2 is because their gen Tso chicken is always soft and no hard pieces. And the sushi is good and have some of the best crab Rangoon. That saying the last 2 times I ordered sushi they got it wrong. And I even ordered it online. I called once home and wanted a refund because we couldn't eat what they put on it and they REFUSED to give me a refund but told me I could drive all the way back or they would credit me. I told them this has happened before and I don't want to come back and just want a refund which the owner got mad at me and told me sorry. The food is great but the problem is there is no recourse when there's an issue with the food or missing items in delivery because there's an American girl working there who is incredibly rude. Will tell you how lucky you are they even delivered to you and "I SAID we would replace it" was what she told me. We went at 230 so we were able to partake in the lunch special. I had the three rolls with miso soup, eel and avocado, spicy tuna and spicy salmon. The food took a while to come since it was a bit understaffed. When the food came it was delicious. The spicy tuna and salmon had chunks of fish in it. The eel roll was very tasty. Overall very filling for the price. Service was a bit iffy but the quality and taste of the sushi was superb for the cost. The miso soup was just okay though but that's not to big of a deal. Wok to Go has been my go to Chinese place for over a decade. It's consistently good. Not the best (looking at you, Silver Palace), but very good, and convenient. It's one of the few places that delivers to my house, so that's a bonus. Today I placed an order for delivery and thought it would take forever, since it's a weekend afternoon after a drinking holiday. I was surprised to hear a car in the driveway shortly after calling in my order. Then it became evident that Wok to Go has employed a time traveler as their delivery guy. My cousin took me here because he found this place and got his hair cut next door. It's a Schezuan Chinese Food and Sushi Take out place. It's a really small place, and when we got there, it was empty. We sat down immediately, and we got all of our orders in. I got the Spicy Girl Sushi Roll. It was HUGE, but DELICIOUS. MUST TRY. I also got General Tso's Chicken. I usually get this everywhere I go. It was good, but it was too crispy for me. I usually like it soft, but stil, it was good. The service was pretty good. This place seems like it has alot of regulars. The waiter asked my cousin if we were his family, since he's usually here alot. He was really nice to us, he gave us suggestions for food. We had some kind of a ginger chicken dish that had green beans. Each bite tasted like you were biting into an entire ginger root. Top notch! This has been my favorite place for Chinese food and Sushi for years and I have never been let down. It comes down to tasty Chinese food, delicious sushi and most of the people who work or worked there are cool. Side note: everyone I have seen work there is scene or some variation of scene. - not sure why. Curry chicken is amazing. All lunch specials are a great value. I've always gotten shrimp with broccoli and they are nice and succulent and plentiful with side soup or egg roll for $6. Not many places have that same quality/quantity ratio going on. I love soup in general and especially wonton and clear soups. Wok to Go makes a wonderful flavorful broth and their wontons are never soggy, with the filling tasting very savory. I only wish they put slivers of pork at the bottom. When I lived in the delivery area it was about on par with other places, sometimes a little slower. Now I live in Joppa but I still make sure to stop in every now and then even though way out the way for me. It's just worth it. But when you call, be prepared to be put immediately on hold for sometimes quite a few minutes while you listen to everything going on just hoping they don't forget about you. I have only eaten inside once years ago, so I cannot judge the eat-in experience. Otherwise longtime lover. Service: I called ahead to order out and the person on the phone was helpful and quick to take my order. I decided I wanted egg drop soup instead of the egg roll (which cost less) and they let me substitute-sweet! Food: I ordered a combination plate: boneless spareribs-so good with pork fried rice and the egg drop soup. Price: Came out to be a little under $10 for the combination plate. Yum. Tonights dinner hit the spot. The kung pao was very tasty and the chicken was all breast meat. I will ask for it to be "spicy" next time as this was too mild for my taste. On a scale of 1-5, 5 is spicy, it was a 1. Once i hit the bottom of the container I found some chilies and it became a 2.5 I liked that the veggies were fresh and crunchy which indicated this was just cooked. Now I know why it took 30 mins for my to go meal to be ready. Worth the wait! I will call ahead now that I know I'll be coming back for more. Chicken lo mien was also very fresh and flavorful. I pretty much only do Wok To Go for pickup during lunch special time because it's such a great deal. They prepare the sushi in a timely manner and are always really nice when you go in. For their lunch special you can get either two or three rolls and miso soup or green salad. Their ginger dressing (for the salads) is awesome and the rolls always taste fresh. Some of my personal favs are the Sweet Potato (which I know is cheesy, but it's SO GOOD), the Mexican, and the Spicy Yellowtail. You can't really go wrong, sometimes there are plainer rolls that I find need the wasabi, but I'm sure that's good for those who don't like the heat (like my mom). read more

One of the better Asian restaurants in Bel Air. They seem nice and attentive as far as the staff is concerned. I mainly come for pick-up and to-go when I'm ready for some Chinese food or sushi rolls. But they're pretty quick and usually is around 15 min wait if staying nearby. And if you give them your number they'll give you a call when your order is ready. The most tasteless and unhealthy veggie and shrimp dish I had. Even the rice was bad. Reminded me of rice you get out of a box. The shrimp in the dish was I think chicken. It's crazy I could not tell. Looked like chicken, but I ordered shrimp and the receipt said shrimp. Anyway, I was very unhappy and didn't even eat the soup - was sure it was loaded with sodium.
