Want fresh caught Ohio River catfish? Want to eat on a barge floating in that very same river?…read moreWell, this is the place for you! Thank goodness they were doing carryout during the coronavirus shutdowns. Bummer I didn't get to sway on the barge while eating this time, but the catfish was equally good. Long wait, but that's normal -- people flock to this place, and for good reason. Heck, it's good the wait was still long, honestly; that means people are still supporting them even when they can't eat inside. Took our food and enjoyed it in the city's public picnic area (thankfully open, thankfully uncrowded) overlooking the river. If you find yourself in Illinois's least populous county any time soon, go get you some catfish. But call in that order a good 45-60 minutes in advance!

Okay so BAM.. there was a photo of their pizza from a year ago on Yelp.. so that is what made us stop... and it's right off the highway.. trucks can go over to the gas station & turn around, the shop is across the street... and when I say that this pizza was BUSSIN.. it was sooooo good.. 1st.,. the cheese.. the cheese.. THE CHEESE... THE CHEESE WAS THE EDGES.. THEN the crust, hand tossed, thin but not too thin, the sauce was perfect & not over powering the pizza, perfect ratio of toppings to slices... I just cant say enough!! Now it's obviously dated on the inside.. not much decorations - but you'll be so focused on the deliciousness in front of you that you wont even notice the bland white walls. The young lady taking my order was very attentive and answered any questions I had and made suggestions as well. When I walked back to our truck & went to get Ice, the lady at the gas station was talking about their other items too, & let us know T-Moe's is the hidden gem of the rural-ish area.. she said the philly cheesesteak pizza was amazing too.. yeah so.. if u in the area.. stop here.. you will not be disappointed!! Plenty of tables available. The waitress was quick to take our drink order and bring menus. I must say that the menu is extensive and slightly overwhelming. There is truly so much to choose from, so I'm posting pics of the entire menu to help others browse before they arrive. We ended up going with mozzarella sticks and a supreme pizza. We chose the thin crust. Crispy crust, but it wasn't too hard. The mozz sticks were good and I liked the sauce. The server was great. We will definitely be back!

The scrambled eggs were not scrambled. They were flattened, like it was made for a breakfast sandwich, then chopped up. The texture was not good. I wish I read the other reviews about the eggs. I expected real butter and not a butter spread for my biscuits. The sausage and biscuits were just ok. I recommend the restaurant changes how they cook scrambled eggs and get real butter for the biscuits and toast.
