    I am rating 1 only because there is no negative start rating available. Bogus charges upon moving…read moreout; ridiculous. These people will find a way to take money fraudulently. Stayed there for 4.5 years and they were very poor with maintenance. They charged me for scrub and malfunctioning of kitchen stove burner. - Primarily, they don't understand wear-tear loss incurred during 4.5 years of stay. - Secondly, While staying there I had requested repair of one of the burner that was malfunctioning but they could fixed it. Upon my move out they sent me invoice for repair. I tried to negotiate through BBB but the leasing office never responded to their inquiries. Now they have send it to collection agency (Fair Collections & Outsourcing of New England, Inc) - I am in process of explaining them the situation. littering issue while living there and party noise wasn't handled by staff after repeated reporting / complains - they suggested me to call on police. Oncence sprinkler system broke and flooded my apartment and these guys did not compensate or clean well. Neighborhood is good and river side walk / trail is great but this Apartment complex policy and staff are very unprofessional

    1. I got this apartment sight unseen because of Covid. The apartment in the pictures was not the…read moreapartment I was given. I did ask and was assured it was the same one. 2. Pet policy is not followed. There are numerous pit-bulls, huskies, German Shepard's and Great Danes. My dog was bit by a pit-bull and nothing was done after I filed a complaint. My carpet is stained from the blood as well. Also my dog has fallen sick often because they pet waste policy is not followed.  3. Parking. I paid $30 for a sticker and pay $90 for a garage. I can park around the curbs or anywhere for that fact without a sticker and not get towed. I do not see the point in paying when I could just park like many do and not get towed. Also I have almost been hit because somebody didn't see me because a car was parked on the curb. 4. Every weekend the trash is overflowed. That is not sanitary and it is consistent in being full. 5. With an updated apartment my carpet, HVAC unit, and ceilings are not updated. When paying this amount I would assume the whole apartment would be updated not just appliances and blinds. My baseboards are not complete in areas and it just shows the lack of care put into the space. The flooring in my kitchen was different from in my bathroom. The gutters outside are poorly painted with lines to match the color and it exemplifies the lack of care. 6. Anytime I ever visited the pool it was very dirty. I would also miss out on getting a pool pass because visitors would be allowed to get them. 7. This apartment complex is mostly college students. Beer cans and trash are thrown across the property with no regard. They also have massive parties outside at the volleyball court, with loud music and many non caring guests. 8. There is a resident there now that has a manikin in his window and will sit outside on his porch and yell profanities at other residents. This was also filed as a complaint and nothing was done. The apartment and amenities are not worth the price. I can go somewhere else and get the same amenities for $400-$500 cheaper. If the policies were followed and updates were made I would stay and pay the price but they are not and that is why I will be taking my money elsewhere
