After speaking with him on the phone, I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for, as he works with many other out of town/ out of country investors as well. Being an out of town investor, you need to have a home inspector that you can trust that will be knowledgeable and detailed with discovering any roofing, plumbing, structural defects, potential issues, code issues, hazards, etc. with the property, especially since many unknown problems can be costly repairs that would make you think twice about the property at hand. Overtime, I have had several inspections from personal homes to rental properties and this was by far the most in depth and detailed inspection that I have EVER received. Mr. Allen is very prompt and punctual; he even made it to the property before I arrived and I was there 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
