From my initial appointment to my touch-up, she was kind, perceptive, and patient the whole way through -- she really listened to what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with her work. She's also so sweet and such a kind hearted person, overall just so lovely to work with. Now more than a month after the initial appointment, I am quite happy with the results. I can go makeup-free most days now and my brows still look natural but denser and more filled in. It's such a convenience to wake up with beautiful brows! If you're considering her, I truly can't recommend Jeana enough!

Exterior = 5/5 Located near the train station, it's on the corner of a street. There is parking (if you are lucky) inside but only a few spots, so most likely go for street parking but wasn't hard to find in front of the location. Interior = 5/5 It was bustling, they have a salon that had customers coming and going. I came specifically for the microblading - so Kelly brought me over to a room on the right that was private which I appreciated since after you close the door, it muffles the sounds of all the activity outside. Service = 5/5 Everyone I encountered were super kind and welcoming. Kelly is blowing up and doing all these cool events with her team with Gold House and still managing weddings all over. Yet, she is still so humble and takes her time to chat and learn more about the customer. I was super nervous to get microblading but she walked me through the process, helped me feel comfortable with the results we were planning, and would check in on me frequently through the whole thing. I felt like I had a say in the process and honestly that a friend was doing my brows - it was casual, relaxed, and chill. Order = 5/5 I got the combo brows which is microblading with powder. I will never not get this. I had patchy brows (over plucking, scarring, yikes) that I was super self conscious of growing up and was having to fill them in. Since getting these done - I barely have had to fill in, maybe a slight touch up if I have an event or need to do some make up. If you like bare faced and natural looks, this was game changing. I'm super not familiar with make up or skilled at it - enough to be dangerous, and this helped me so much. I feel more confident and happier with my brows. Only slight upkeep is needed to trim! I have already gotten my touch up from the initial appointment, and you only need to go maybe every year or so after to touch up. Overall = 5/5 Great investment that I kick myself for not having done sooner. But honestly, glad I waited till I found Kelly. I tried brow lamination, and it wasn't for me. Her microblading skills are top notch and give a very natural look which I wanted. I found my brow girl and never going back. Hint = check her Instagram if you are indecisive, I saw them all and I knew she was the one. My photo is on there too!

She always takes the time to ask what I like, whether I want to change the shape or color, and what I wasn't happy with from the previous time. This visit, she introduced me to a newer technique called nanoblading. She mentioned that many places charge almost double for it, but she didn't charge me extra. The results were amazing and so much more natural! It did take about twice as long, but Soo was incredibly meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was completely happy. She even made additional touch-ups before I left. I really appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to getting it right. Highly recommend Soo if you're looking for beautiful, natural-looking brows!

I am incredibly happy with the results of my man's first whitening session, and the price and convenience make it definitely worth it. I already plan on going back for a second or third round. * The only reason I'm giving this place a four instead of a five comes down to the setup and communication. The inside of the space could definitely look a bit more professional. Also, they don't really answer the phone when you try to call. * Because of that, if you have questions, I'd recommend just texting the number listed on their website instead of calling. For booking, just go directly through their companysite--they actually have a tab right there that features the Groupon price anyway.
