But..we had such a great experience I felt I needed to write my own review. Despite my worries, the service was fantastic from beginning to end. I had to make several changes beforehand and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating. The limo was very classy- Well stocked, clean and very comfortable with an impressive sound system (with aux so we could all of our favorite tunes). The driver was punctual, professional and had such a great personality! He really went the extra mile in helping to make this birthday memorable for our daughter. He was so helpful and his advice regarding the Wineries was spot on! He also kept us on schedule as we requested. The whole experience was great and I'm so glad we went with Mancuso Limo. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

When I called Zoladz speaking to the owner Don was like talking to an old friend. He was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. I thought his quote was very reasonable. Upon putting down a deposit on the evening I immediately received a detailed receipt. Later when I provided the information on the addresses to pick up my guests I received another detailed receipt outlining my pickup information. The communication from Zoladz was very good. I knew nothing would be misunderstood. The week of my wife's birthday I confirmed the reservation and got an immediate response. To further insure the evening would go as planned I was provided with our driver's name, number and again the pickup information. Our driver, Christine was awesome. Her and I spoke the day of the event to confirm my pickup information. I was worried that picking up 5 couples in various locations in both Erie and Niagara counties and getting us to the restaurant on time would be difficult. Christine was prompt and on time for each couple. I had requested champagne flutes in the limo bus. They were provided as requested and each had a decorative napkin folded inside of it. The limo was clean and modern. The ride was comfortable and smooth. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The evening was perfect. Christine got us to and from the restaurant safely and in style. They were professional from the moment I called and walked in to meet the nice owners. They let me look at their limo options and even go inside to check out the cool interior details! We settled with the white Escalade SUV limousine and was extremely satisfied with this choice. The limo first picked the groom (my husband and always + 1 Dan) and the groomsmen at our house and dropped them off at the church. The limo did arrive a little early but was patient and professional. Once the limo picked myself and the bridesmaids up at the Mansion the limo driver opened the doors and was very kind. He dropped us off at the church and waited for us to come out. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome!! The bridal party, Dan, and myself took photos at the Albright Knox, the rose garden, and Hoyt Lake. Made it easy, I remember once we got off the phone I thought "Wow, they were so friendly". Day of, Mike our driver shows up-Down to Earth! Mike was so helpful, helped us set up our tailgate, gave us suggestions on where to set up, what area to claim, I even caught Mike cleaning up after everyone!! He helped unload all our crap and load all our crap at the end. We even had someone lose their phone and Mike was very helpful with looking and taking care of the situation. Mike was fun! If you ever been to a Buffalo Bills game you would understand the state everyone was in after, in a professional way Mike helped us gather everyone and keep us in line, which was much appreciated. My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.

My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Took this tour 2 days ago. Anyway, Jim, the tour salesguy assured us that the tours would cost more when we got to our hotel. As we were staying at the Marriott Fallsview (which is is not cheap) we had already said we would try and cut down on other "luxuries". Jim was right, the hotel tours were more expensive. We paid $84.97 total pp for a 4 hour tour which included Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, and a few other stops. Nick, our tour guide picked us up on time and he was wonderful. Lots of jokes-- some were funny, the ones that weren't were still funny b/c they were cheesy. Overall, a great and informative guy--even told us where to get good, cheap food. Now, why is it cheaper than the other tours? While everyone else is riding around in the comfort of a climate controlled bus or one of those modern mini-bus/vans, we were shoveled into a white (off white due to age) 14 passenger dodge van. Yes, the regular old style dodge van. No climate control -- it was either too hot or when we opened the window to get air, the draft was killing me. I didn't say anything about the draft b/c I had already asked for the window to be opened. Stepping in and out of the van you could see massive rust. Seats were not comfortable b/c remember, you're in an old van. The saving grace of this tour was the great and informative tour guide, who also doubles as the driver, Nick, and the cost.
