I love this place. I come here for their daily lunch special. They have an 8 pc wing combo with fries for $4.99. You can't beat that. I've always had good, fast service when I go. I suggest you call ahead if you prefer to be in and out. It's always very clean and orderly. I have recommended several people to this restaurant. Try their wet lemon pepper. ‍ read more

The wings were so small and fried so hard, they were impossible to eat and enjoy. Not a very good experience being that I work from home and have to coordinate my delivery with my lunch time. Went back off lunch hungry and a bit upset. read more

I have been a regular customer at this location, often visiting on my lunch breaks. Unfortunately, due to an unpleasant experience, I will no longer be returning. The chicken I received was overcooked to the point of being inedible, and I was disappointed that it was served in that condition. I simply requested that they remake the order, which was only 10 wings, but my request was denied. As a loyal customer who frequents this establishment multiple times a week, I was surprised by the lack of customer service and the refusal to correct a mistake. Accidents happen in any business, and I believe that customer satisfaction should be prioritized, especially for those who are regular patrons. Sadly, this experience has left a negative impression, and I feel that the business has lost my trust. It's important to remember that businesses rely on their customers, and how they handle issues can have a lasting impact on their business in the future. You never know who you are servicing and who they know. It could bring your entire business to a halt. read more

Wnb Factory - Self service ? Mind you there's a customer waiting to use the bathroom as that is where the worker has apparently been for 15 mins - Chicken Wings Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

This is a brand new place just opened 3 weeks from now. It is located in a shopping strip where you have Walmart and Murphy gas station. It is a franchise and they already have about 15+ locations in Georgia and now in Stockbridge, GA. Very pleasant atmosphere and love the Philly Steak over here. It's a nice size filled with Rib Eye Steak, Onions, Bell Peppers and Swiss Cheese. Great prices for the amount of food they serve and friendly service. Great food served fresh and hot. Clean restaurant and nice layout. I very much appreciate the fact that my food is prepared to order and not sitting under a heating lamp for quite a while. My French fries were hot and fresh, not greasy and limp from sitting to long. You must try this place if you are around here. They do have ample free parking in front of their place. I would definitely recommend and will go back to try more from their menu. From their Website - Wing and Burger Factory started out as a hole in the wall "grab n go" restaurant in East Atlanta, GA in 1997. Well-known by locals for their cook-to-order service in their open kitchen, homemade sauces, and Southern hospitality, their small location quickly grew into a franchise. Troy and Kang emphasize that food cooked quickly does not have to be another typical fast-food experience. Whether you're craving WNB honey lemon pepper wings dipped in homemade blue cheese or the Korean BBQ burger smothered in their special house sauce, experience cook-to-order southern charm like no where else, here at WNB Factory. read more

I ordered key west (dry rub) online. When u opened wings it was wet, I bit it and it was spicy and tasted like a chili red pepper flavor. I tried to go exchange since the description said basil amd lemon dry rub and this was nothing like described. The cook refused to exchange food until I insisted. The wings pictured were the exchange of Lemon pepper wet but they are watery and look sloppy. I've been to Ellen wood location and never had a problem. I won't be back. read more

Stopped in on a road-trip. Restaurant was new & clean. We ordered fish & wings and veggie rice with bacon/cheese/fries. The portions were large & fresh. The veggie rice with yum-yum sauce was the clear winner!! No tartar sauce yet but they are working on this. The wings & fish were "meh." The gal working the register was very sweet! read more

Loved this spot!! Needed some wings soon as I got into Georgia/ATL found this spot locally where I was staying and was thoroughly satisfied. Ordered Shrimp Fried Rice which was amazing considering it wasn't a Chinese or Japanese restaurant, Honey Hot & Honey Lemon Pepper wings and a order of fried shrimp with sweet Thai chili sauce on the side. Definitely will be back before I leave. Get the special yum sauce for the rice also. read more

The turkey burger was tasteless with no seasoning, sweet potato fries, undercooked and soggy......a waste of time and money.

Wings were tiny!!! Totally not worth the money, and we will not be eating there again.

Great food all around. I had their hot wings and fried rice and it was perfect! Hot and steamy food with just the right amount of spice. My favorite was to mix the rice with the hot sauce. If you haven't tried it you're missing out! Highly recommend!! read more

Beware. Please read the reviews before you eat here. If you have time to waste, then this may be an option for you. Even if you call in, the orders are never ready and they always, always, always have an excuse. Plus, the customer service is terrible! The average customer waits 30 - 45 minutes for their order. I was able to walk next door and place an order at American Deli, and get my food before WNB had my order ready, and I called WNB 45 minutes before my arrival. Plus, American Deli was extremely busy that day. The only conclusion I can arrive at is that this restaurant is under terrible management. Hopefully, after enough repeat customers complain, they will make changes. read more

The manager is so rude to the girls at the register. And when he got an order wrong we saw him through the window slamming the order on the ground! read more

When WNB HAMPTON first opened the food and service was really good. As they became popular the Owner let the good service and food quality decline. He has hired people who don't give a care. While the prices went up substantially the food quality went down hill. Like every other business today they increased the prices and reduced the portion sizes. My lemon pepper wings and fries were over salted. I enjoyed it when it first opened, now it's time to move on. read more

This place is horrible! 3/3/2021 I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were so so soggy. It looks as if lemon pepper juice was just poured on them. The wings were not crispy at all. I should have went to American Deli. Also, Thank you Myra for being so unprofessional! read more

Supposedly this is a chain. Food was tasty, hot and fresh. I ordered some wings & fried rice. I like the slight Asian influence. I didn't get the burger although I was tempted by the Korean BBQ burger.... cause Korean bbq. Next time. Customer service was good. It's got a 100 on health. Not too $. No complaints. read more

My first time ordering here. The hard, dry lemon pepper wings lacked taste. The fries were overcooked.

I truly wish I could give this place a zero. I've had countless incidents of long wait times but today was ridiculous, I placed a pickup order at 5:20, arrived at 6:00 and still didn't get my food until 6:30 while seeing several walk-ins get orders placed and filled before me. Credit to the young ladies at the register they asked several times for me but this was insane. Don't go here unless you have all night to waste. read more

This place has the best fried rice I've ever had from a non-Japanese restaurant. Hands down its worth the visit! The restaurant is very clean and bright. The girls at the cash register always have a great attitude. Always smiling. The wings are just ok. I've been told that the burgers are good but I haven't gotten around to trying them yet. The fried whiting is LEGIT. I get that with the vegetable fried rice every time I go. read more

Gyro was good and French fry was good and just need a little more gyros meat on the sandwich. My dad was excited to try the Korean BBQ burger and he was not disappointed. It was huge and delicious and he will try another when he return. Mom had the Philly cheese steak special and it was very delicious and had good flavor. We couldn't leave without trying the lemon pepper wings. We will be back for some fresh, good food. Everything was great that we tried. We will definitely be back! read more

I love this place so much. It's one of my favorite places for wings. The chicken tenders are good as well. We also like their catfish as well and burgers. But in my opinion, the wings top it. Also the owner, Peter, is awesome. Friendly always and nice personality. - Aaron C. read more

I called in an order for wings & rice. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes so I gave them 15. Walked in, paid the bill and proceeded to wait. Everytime an order would come up I would ask if it was mine and of course it was not. After 3 three orders and an additional 10 minutes I asked to cancel my order. The owner (who was on the phone the entire time) acted as if I had asked for the moon, voided my order and then told the young lady to go cancel my order! They hadn't even made it yet. So, can't comment on the food but the customer service stinks. read more
