today I went to visit the location. got here at 8:30 pm. the doors were locked. it clearly states on the website this location closes at 9. the guy in there working comes up to the door and crosses his arms to signal that they are closed. I'm so confused as to why this location is shutting down 30 mins prior to closing. This isn't the first time this has happened in the past two weeks. But this one seemed closed, with a place full of employees looking with great hopes that I would drive away, instead, I googled the restaurant, which reviled that they were indeed open, but had the light off at the drive thru. Im sure the owner would like to know why he didn't get any business on the night of August 25th (Sunday), because no one knew you were open. The Salina waited as long as she could to ask to take my order, I asked her to turn on the light at the menu board because I couldn't see what I wanted.... I then questioned why the light was even out..... she didn't know. I ordered my food, sat in my car so I could watch her make my sandwich while they all watched me. I asked for a manger and told him that they shouldn't do that, and that I almost pulled off.... His response was "People forget things sometimes" then decided to apologize and offer me a cookie, no cookie needed, I just would like better service sir, and pay for what I asked for...well, at least the sandwich was good! read more

First Let me tell you that as a long time eater of Jimmy Johns subs my review will be based on the store, as all shops across the country deliver a consistently good sandwich. This store is a great location the staff are extremely friendly, Every manager that I have had the pleasure of speaking with is wonderful. Karrisa the day time manager and Shayna the night time manager are always helpful and friendly.. there is also a set of twins that work there and they are both so sweet and kind at first i didn't realize there were 2 of them. Store is always clean and Soda fountain is always set at the right formulas.. who ever owns this store should be extremely happy with the help and reward them. I once had a delivery from a driver named Jasmine was she was a sweet and nice young lady. with all that being said try to remember that this shop gets busy at lunch time during the week so it might not be as friendly as what i get, but i try to go right at 11 to avoid the lunch rush.. read more

The food is good but the service is bad. They seem to get upset when you ask them to cut your sandwiches in half or fourths. What is the big deal? On more than one occasion they may cut one sandwich but not my full order then proceed to tell me why my wait was longer than usual because I asked for my sandwich to be cut. And it's unsolicited comments because I haven't complained about the wait which was not long. I have loved Jimmy John's since they first opened and I tried one of their sandwiches when the first store opened in Norcross GA. I have never been disappointed until last night when I went to this location to get my normal Big John with Dijon mustard, extra mayo, lettuce, tomato, oil and vin. And of course the jal kettle chips. When I got home I didn't have anything that I asked for. I had to take a double look at my sandwich to make sure I even had meat. Plus the girl at the drive thru took at least 10 min to ring up my order and over charged me, so I just asked for chips for the $3 overcharge. I don't know if they were ready to go home or what but they need to stay on it until the doors close for the night. If I could give zero stars I would. I went into store Thursday to get a remake of 2 sandwiches that were made wrong last time! The manager says "we don't that here" "you never spoke to anyone about that" there is a whole lot more conversation that continued to be aggressive on his part and confrontational.I paid for 3 sanwiches and took home 2 remakes that I wasn't told I was getting. I get home and wrong again!!! My son goes back with receipt and he says " not going to remake them" they were remade and went home. Don't let teenagers run your restaurant into the ground . They constantly laughed while customers ordered. Then seemed to argue with you when you wanted to change your sandwich toppings. Also, one of the employees said I seemed confused because I asked for an extra mustard packet. I am not sure how I could have looked confused just asking for mustard. Went to JJ Stockbridge, GA- Ordered our food- Cashier says we can't make change for $50 bill. I said well it's all I got- she told me I could go next door to the pizza place and they would cash it. I work next to this place and sometimes go 2-3 times per week. I'll never go back! Had the worst service ever today! Kid took my money and after about 5 minutes of talking to his friend got my sandwich and said, "here". I asked for a bag - he put it in and handed it to me. So I really love jimmy johns subs! But I'm not certain about this location. I went here yesterday to take my fiancé for the first time since I raved about the turkey tom so much. I don't like tomatoes but my fiancé does and we were going to share this sandwich so we asked if they cld put tomatoes on the side. The young lady said no they can't do that because they have nothing to put it in. Ok. Np. So i ask if she cld put the tomatoes on one side of the sandwich. She said no they aren't allowed to that. I was completely dumbfounded. So I asked again. And again she says they aren't allowed to do that. Now. I'm not sure but usually when u order a sub you can get it however you want as long as they have whatever you want. And on top of that she heard us discussing sharing the sandwich and offers to cut it down the middle. Now you mean to tell me, that you can't put two slices of tomatoes on one of those halves??!! I was so stuck I forgot to add the condiments that we actually wanted!! The sandwich was still good because it's jimmy johns, but I won't be going back to this location. If this is their policy of not being allowed to put certain items on one half of a sandwich they should really change that. However, I've never heard of this at any of their other locations. Great place to go to when you want a sub noy only fast and tasty, but also affordable! The whole resturaunt is clean enough to eat off of the floors ( not literally ). The employees are all as nice as they can be. They all try their best to make sure you're satisfied with your sandwich and they even have conversations with me while no other customers are there.
