As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we got there, but the main chokepoint was in ordering (there was only one cashier handling orders and announcing all ready orders). It took about 10 minutes for our whole party to receive their selected food and beverage items. We will be back due to the variety, value and size of the meals.
