The day I brought my car to him, it was raining so he suggested we not try top speeds in the rain and asked if I could leave the car with him. The next day he text me immediately to update me on the condition of the car and what needed to be done. One issue was the front tires needed replacing (they don't do tires) so he gave me recommendations on where to get cost effective replacements and advised me on other possible replacements. When I inquired around what could wait vs. immediate needs he was transparent and told me what was a now fix even if it didn't put money in his pocket (like the tires). I'd definitely trust him with any future work. He seems to care more about your safety than just making a buck. Never tried to upsell me on anything and explained each step. Transparent. Ethical. Happy day, happy car!…read more I had a muffler work done on my car from a different shop and was misinformed about the affects it would have on my car. Did some research, read about Kevin the manager and the shop and decided to take a 30 min drive to go see him. Got there at 8:10AM and was told Kevin wasn't around yet. So I waited about 20 minutes for him instead of talking to someone else. And I'm glad I did! Let me start by saying I'm really picky and super ocd. I do not trust mechanic shops bc there's a lot of shady ones out there. I like to watch the work being done and watch the process. Because I want to make sure they're doing what they say they will do. Kevin is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly he was kind. That type of personality just plays such a huge role in managing a business and retaining loyal customers. He gave me some options, fair pricing, and a fair return policy if I didn't like the work. I never felt pressured into anything and was able to do things the way I wanted to. He supervised the work being done and jumped in to help when he was needed. I watched as he did it with other mechanics during this time too. This place is HUGE. They have a lot of mufflers and exhaust options and Kevin will definitely work with you. Alfredo who was working with him was nice too. Kevin provided exemplary service and my car turned out how I wanted it to be!
