All-American K-9 Dog Training

All-American K-9 Dog Training

(302 reviews)

Before I discovered all American K-9 I was 100% disappointed and discouraged with all of the…read moreprevious training and gadgets that I had tried. I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

Once we found All-American K-9 and Erika, we knew we had hit the jackpot. We handed our sweet (but crazy) Labrador over to her for a 3-week Board & Train, with a little trepidation. After 3 weeks, we were amazed to get back the most well-behaved, calm dog. Not only did Erika train Finn, but she also taught us how to keep up the training. The responsiveness is unparalleled. I always get well-thought-out and specific answers to my questions within a few hours. I also love that this isn't just a one-and-done training. We have lifetime access in case we have questions, which is a relief, since we have someone who knows Finn and can help in the future. The Board & Train might not be affordable for everyone, but it was absolutely worth every penny. I wish we had found Erika months ago.

From their first meeting at the intake, to the 2-week "boot camp", they provided reassurance and updates. The narrated video updates were reassuring and helped bring peace of mind that this was the right decision. So helpful was the 2-hour training period on Graduation Day! It gives me, as her daughter, peace of mind knowing that my mom can now safely bike ride with him, not seeing him jump up on her, and it is much more fun to visit without finding something of mine chewed! If you are contemplating investing in Rob's Dogs for training, do it!! Nathan, thank you for being fantastic with Coal and my mom!

She graduated never got her certificate. They took her picture and never posted it. When I called for a refresher lesson, nobody ever called me back and that's been months like almost a year ago. Ridiculous. Waste of money. My mom should've listened to her neighbors about them. I worked with her every single day. I had a Joel, the trainer who I constantly reminded him which lesson we were on he actually told me to open up my own company because I was really good at training her. He never was prepared. They gave us the collars , but I don't even need them. She's doing so good without them. I could've got this training for free on Google or YouTube my advice don't waste your money on Rob's dogs. all they care about is profit they don't even remember you all Joel cared about the trainer was what kind of dog she was. She has a rescue that is all that matters and Rob laughed at me when I said I hope to see you again for the refresher, and I thought that was a little unprofessional and rude considering Joel told me to apply for their I did twice and I'm happy with the job I have now. Because we care about the dogs they don't. Which is probably why they're still looking for a trainer or a kennel attendant to this day!

The first time I went was at 5:30, thinking I had until 7 pm to get the DIY wash done. I was told the store closed at 7 pm, BUT the DIY dog wash closed at 6 pm, so I only had half an hour. I knew that wasn't going to be enough time, so we left and came back the next day, much earlier. The staff was empathetic and very nice both times. The wash went well, and the staff was super-helpful, equipped with towels, a choice of shampoo (or bring your own if you like), and clearly articulated instructions. The water was hot to the touch. I was told a new water heater was to blame, but if I waited a minute or two, the water would cool off and become warm, which it did. My pup was not pleased at all with the "blow-dry" setup. It is a loud shop vac with hoses extending through the drying bays. We politely aborted that part of the process. It was actually okay, since we had enough towels to get her 90% dry. I was happy with the outcome.
