Dr Dhami gives the utmost care to her patients and I hope she never leaves Sutter! Thanks Dr Dhami for all you've done for me and continue to do for my care.

I had a hard time navigating the new insurance system and I was convinced I'd not be able to find a doctor comparable to the amazing doctor I had at Kaiser. I found Dr. Sachdeva on Yelp. I thought all the positive reviews must be a gimmick, but I thought I'd check her out, especially because she used to be a Kaiser MD. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Sachdeva listens like she really cares. Once you get to know her, she remembers details about your life and family, and that's rare. I suffer with chronic health conditions and am often skeptical of physicians, so it can take me some time to trust a doctor. Dr. Sachdeva has been wonderful at helping me manage my health issues and finding different ways to do that. Her office is simple and she's not open every day, but don't let that put you off. She's available and returns calls quickly. Plus, they always have treats (like individually packaged Madeline cookies) and newer magazines in the lobby, which my toddler always appreciates! Dr. Sachdeva also listens to my toddler's heart every visit, humoring him, and asking him questions. It's the little things (and the big) that let you trust a physician. She's kind and thorough and good at what she does. Definitely check Dr. Sachdeva out if you're looking for a new doctor in town!

I would have let that go, had I not gone in today and had another tech argue with me, in the lobby, telling me my doctor (who is a Sutter doctor) was wrong and I would have to drive 30 miles over the Altamont and pick up my test kit there in Dublin. I asked them to call Dublin to verify, and she said no, you call them. This is all in front of the staff and other patients. I did not raise my voice, instead asking her name and letting her know I would call my doctor. The two people I have dealt with were disrespectful, argumentative, and unprofessional. The phlebotomist hurt me physically and verbally abused me. I have just gotten off the phone with Sutter Leadership, and will be following up with them to address my experiences. Do yourself a favor, take care if you decide to go to this care center. You might get lucky, or you might get one of the people who "helped" me.

Made no eye contact with me. She sat down at the desk and tossed her pen and asked what I was here for. I felt so uncomfortable and thought I was such a burden. I will give the nurse 5 stars for keeping me informed when she would be with me. Apologized for the delay. Nurse was great communicating with me and making me feel comfortable. I felt as if she cared and that she liked doing her job unlike the person who checked me in. Definitely will not come back to this clinic.
