I was very nervous, but it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable. I was treated compassionately by the medical assistants as well as PA Rose Chasin. She was thorough in her approach and spent a lot of time getting to know me and my history - as did the assistant responsible for the initial intake. It feels good to say I have a primary care provider after all these years. I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.

She is always caring, compassionate and personable. She's always interested in "you"! Most recently my 17 year old son woke up with a severe neck spasm. He couldn't get out of bed and was in severe pain. I called Dr. Kavulich and she made time to see him right away. She spent an hour treating him with various types of adjustments and therapy. The next day he was at least 70% better!
