I have constantly been told one timeline in person, and then every time I speak to the front desk or come in next for appointments, they change the plans or timelines. Their process to off board clients with Invisalign is flawed and very frustrating. They do not prioritize clients in their schedules who are finishing their treatment plans.

The staff has been very nice and friendly. Very helpful when needed too. Dr. Sunny is nice and listens to your concerns. They have a "reward" machine for when they are done with their procedure. My son really enjoyed that part and he was a good boy all throughout his cleaning, he actually enjoyed it and is been asking em to come back ever since . Procedures or products. They have them, which you can see advertised on signs on the walls or counters, but they don't push them. I am amazed and very happy to have Sunny Smiles close to me. The whole family goes here. Just a gym of a place and a wonderful dentist.
