I was very nervous because I was removing all 4, had never had an IV, and had never experienced any type of sedation/anesthesia. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were adept in their skills while providing the highest level of kindness and compassion. Dr. Mills did a wonderful job, and I truly believe that I was in the best care possible. Additionally, I really appreciated that this office was able to provide a ballpark estimate before my consultation since I was paying without insurance. 10/10- would definitely recommend!!

But first, so we can bill the insurance company and me a bit more, he wants new x-rays, because the ones the referring dentist sent over were too dark. He then says he needs medical clearance from my primary doctor, so he's not extracting the tooth today. I guess I can just deal with the pain and take another day off from work IF/WHEN he gets clearance.

The ladies at the front office were so nice! Wish I would remember names.... the woman cleaning my teeth was also super friendly and gave me some good recommendations for other stuff in the area. The dentist that saw me after was also very nice. Can't complain at all. It's close to where I live and the office is very nice and clean.

Everyone at this office is very friendly and patient, especially with those who have dental phobia,…read morelike I do. Dr. Haley and Paige were especially patient and kind when treating me. They spoke to me about my options and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Haley was not only gentle but quick with my tooth extraction. We discussed whether or not I needed an implant on this back tooth that had to be extracted and he did not recommend it so you know he is not in it solely for the money considering how much more that would have cost compared to a "simple" (to most people but not to me) extraction. Another bonus is that you don't have to discuss any financials in the front office. They will come to your exam room to discuss cost and payment arrangements. I thought that was a very professional process on their part and more doctor and dental offices should consider approaching financials in that manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Haley's practice for any oral surgeries needed. Should I need further work, I will definitely return to him.

The staff was just all so friendly and helpful through everything. They helped ease my anxiety day of the surgery which I was very nervous about dentists are one of my biggest fears.
