I highly recommend Witherite Law Group. From the very beginning, till the very end, I was treated with kindness and respect. I received emails and calls with updates . Whenever I had an issue, my attorney Rabia and his staff were on top of any request or question I had. They are a great firm to do business with. read more

FUN FACT: Did you know that Amy Witherite pays to have her clients remove their negative experiences and reviews with her office? So you only see the bells and whistles. Not the hard core truth about her firm. Don't be Persuaded by money, speak your truth so that she can stop robbing Real people with real pain and real financial deficits from an unforeseen event. I still have not received all of the money that I am rightfully due from that accident. I was promised a $50,000 settlement. They only paid me 30,000 she took most of that, so essentially, was my other $20,000 stolen? The clients that are not afraid to speak up and speak the truth about this experiences are seemingly bullied by Amy witherite's response. She is a big bully. Just look at how she responds to people who challenges her firm. Challenge me Amy and I will create thousands of emails and bring this rating down to what it should rightfully be. 1 Star. read more

I highly recommend Witherite Law Group. Josh Alexander handled this case in the most professional way. He took into consideration and valued all aspects of this case. Thank you Witherite! read more

First off I am the grandmother, I have observed this child go through extreme pain due to a rear end collision where she was sitting still on a Dallas highway due to a collision in front of her, so no fault of her own. This law firm has poorly represented my granddaughter causing her as much anguish as the wreck. They will not answer her calls NOR return her phone calls, at one point they told her she was not ELIGIBLE FOR FURTHER MEDICAL CARE, eventho she was and is suffering from head, face, neck, arm pain, spasms and loss of feelings, where she was unable to work and FYI this child is a workaholic never missing work. Witherite to this point has mis-represented my granddaughter and I resent them. BE AWARE !!! read more

Unethical, incompetent, corrupt, unprofessional "attorney" who touts her skills on predominantly black radio stations. Boasts about how qualified she is to get you justice. Straight up lie- referred my case to an even more inhumane character, who delivers nothing but lip service and years of scarring heartache-Kristina Kastl. Zero communication, utter disregard for my well being, my serious injuries sustained and has NEVER sat down with me, the client, to go over extremely important FACTS of the 18 wheeler case she's supposed to be fully knowledgeable about. My case has grossly suffered as a result of me reporting an unconscionable, illegal act to the State Bar of Texas. My complaint has been a source of blackmail to either drop the "counterproductive " complaint or my 18 wheeler case was not going to get the time required. No plan to execute the case or any semblance of a well thought out, strategy packed plan of attack was EVER afforded me. My thoughts and suggestions fell on deaf ears. No planning, no asking of my perspective. TOTAL fly by the seat of her pants. My medical records fly around with zero authorization or regard for confidentiality- nor is there a human affect of regret or shame for acting so recklessly with MY protected health information but more importantly her constant errors that would just drag the case out longer Krisi Kastl has caused me so much emotional trauma and duress that my excruciating injuries have profoundly affected my abilities to function normally. read more

Very unprofessional they have held my case for 17 months and it has been a fight from the very beginning for this firm to just represent me like they would represent any injury case .. I can't get one on the phone and they literally have no clue on the law ... my case is gonna sit on the shelf simply because it's not worthy of them doing there job.please don't bring any case to this firm because they are a prime example of the commercial attorney who just wants to grab all cases but have no real intent on assisting u in a very delicate and sensitive matter... lots of pain ,suffering ,loss wages and broken promises from this law group... thank you Amy witherite ,Chris provost , ofelia Sanchez , and Javier Rodrigues...Big law firm name and not enough effort to match it ... still in pain bank account is in the negative and 17 months later my case is at the batters box!!!!!! read more

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE!!!!! This sham of a firm is handling or shall I say mishandling a case for someone I know very well. All they've done is give the run around, dangle small settlement amounts in their face stating "that's good money." Mind you the person I know have lost their entire career, gone broke, lost their residence and practically on the verge of bankruptcy. Which im sure is their plan so you can jump at any amount they throw at you. Let it be known, they do plan to take MOST of your money because they have to "pay all their staff, doctors, research team, etc." They are just 2 bit hustlers who market on the urban radio to get people in and swindle them into settling so they can take almost all your money after having had your case held up for months-years...Not to mention their lack of effort will make you wonder or think they are in collusion with the opposing counsel/insurance companies. Furthermore it's not like you can leave to get other representation because their greedy palms will want their cut for "all the work they've done and resources they used" lol...Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! You've been warned! read more

I became a client of Witherite Law Group on March 4, 2025. It started off like it was going to be a great professional experience until I started to have interaction with my appointed attorney Josh Alexander, he is unprofessional and does not care about his client's needs. I got the run around. It was determined through (my) Orthopedic Physician not the one that Witherite Law Group assigned me that I had more of a severe injury than what the Witherite Law Group Physician stated to me. To make this review short because it can be a novel. I was not compensated enough for my injury which is going to be a life injury, I have to have an entire (L) side shoulder replacement. It was all about money. I finally received some compensation with the help from Robert Fitzpatrick (Attorney with Witherite) he rocks it will not cover a lifelong injury, but it's something. To end this, I will never use/recommend this Law group to anyone stop listening to those radio advertisements and read the reviews they speak truth I wish I had instead of the radio advertisements. I now have to have surgery for this injury and pay out of pocket it sucks. read more

I was shocked and disappointed by my experience with Witherite Law Firm. As a client for six weeks, I expected regular updates and communication about my case. Instead, I only spoke with someone once. This lack of attention fell far short of what I expect from a legal representative. A client deserves to feel informed and supported, not neglected. I received a email this morning saying that theyve been trying to reached me. (this is the first and only attempt) I called in to speak with my "case manager", and I was told that they would not be moving forward with my case due to a video they received from the other party, which I am completely oblivious to. I just feel the entire experience was a waste of time. These people needed to be investigated for fraud. I do not recommend this attorney group. Please research firms before choosing 1. My mind was in shambles because I was hit. The few star ratings are spot on. Lost job, became ill, homeless. Car has gone down since my repair. Nothing was wrong with it. I am ready for this process to be over. I know the process of insurance and should have chosen the latter. The emotional fear of driving next to big trucks is forever. Fighting the company for this should be top. They seem to be nice people outside of their job. When you call me eating. I am ready to settle and get my funds and move on. Imagine pressing pause on giving birth but all the pain and contractions are still coming(baby is ok) just your life has paused. 10 months and counting. I can't believe the reviews everyone is giving this law firm, My daughter has had a case with them for 3 years and 8 months with no contact until the last month. And after 3 years plus she's only able to walk away with maybe 7 thousand dollars. I've been supporting her since and I've went through my personal savings of 20 thousand dollars. Wow! Where do I start? I had two accidents in 2022. In the first one, I was side swiped by an eighteen wheeler, (which they transferred the case to another law office about a month ago, but they are supposed to be experts in these types of cases). In the second accident, I was rear ended by a car. I decided to call Witherite Law for both accidents; since Amy is all over V103 advertising her law firm for use in accidents involving trucks. A few months ago, my second case settled before the first one for $19,000. Anyway, when I called Tasha to check the status on my check, she informed me that my settlement check had been stolen and cashed. That was about 2 months ago, and I still have yet to get my money. So, needless to say, I am very pissed off with the way all of this is being/not being handled. Not to mention, the only way I get updates is if I call. I feel I have been more patient than most, but something needs to be done... now. While I am patiently waiting for this to be resolved, my bills are NOT. Amy, I called your law firm because I thought you would have my best interests in mind. Sadly, that is NOT the case. The insurance company cut me a check for 19,000, sent the check to your law firm and, while in your care, it was stolen and cashed. I don't see the insurance company cutting me or you all another check for 19,000. They did their part; now please do yours! Even if that means your law firm cutting me another check. I have been told a police report has been filed. Martin even told me that the board of directors are aware of the situation and are working on it. Unfortunately, that is NOT putting money in my pocket. It's been two months! I really hate having to worry about this going into the holiday season. It is putting a damper on things, and I could really use the money. If this is not resolved soon, I will call V-103 and every news station in Georgia and tell them what a lousy job Witherite Law as done, in procuring my settlement check, until I get my money. Or, sue you for malpractice and file a grievance with the state bar. Whatever it takes. So, if you are contemplating using this law firm, BEWARE!!!!!!!! Your settlement check is NOT safe. read more

Unfortunately: I was involved in a car wreck that involved multiple vehicles on my way home from work one evening. My car was completely totaled and my body felt the same way. Fortunately: I remember hearing an ad for Eberstein & Witherite that morning. I was apprehensive about reaching out to them at first, I mean, c'mon - these guys are on the radio and probably have thousands of cases. I probably won't get the personal attention I need because I'll be just another case number to them. Well, the lie detector test determined that was a lie. I received personal and IMMEDIATE attention, from the moment I made the initial phone call the night of my accident until the time I had a check in my hands. Jib, the attorney representing my case, was nothing short of professional and client-oriented. He kept me informed with every update and change and on the rare occasions where I needed to reach out and he wasn't available, he always returned my call the same day. Attorneys usually get a bad rep for over-promising only to under-deliver. Jib was the polar opposite - under-promising what to expect and over-delivered where it mattered -- in my bank account. Thank you Jib and to the entire staff at E&W for the 'white glove' care your provided to me and my case. PS - Shout out to the Receptionist! It's like walking into your family member's home instead of an attorneys office. read more

In April 2017 I was involved in a car accident with an 18 wheeler vehicle. While traveling to work, the truck veered over to my lane and struck my vehicle. As a result of the accident, I experienced a shoulder injury. Well I reached to Eberstein and Witherite shared my story and they accepted my case. I was able to attend therapy and get my shoulder the attention it needed. My attorney was Victor Rodriguez and if I ever had any questions or concerns he took care of me. Very happy to work with him. A couple of things to note- This is a process and it takes time. In my case it has almost been two years and well I am still waiting to get everything finalized. So you must have patience. There are so many factors that you must keep in mind- the time factor, your personal insurance will be affected- my insurance rate did increase, yes attorneys do get you taken care of but its not as easy as the marketing for these type of situations would have you believe. Keep these things in my mind. Now if you do take the step like I did and go for it- choose Eberstein and Witherite- they are a great choice. Thanks Amy! . read more

Finally getting around to this. Amy thanks for the response. So my issues are 1. Acknowledge a client's concerns and respond in a timely manner, which is not something your firm seems to want to do. 2. Set proper expectations for clients on what to do. Something else your firm does not do. 3. I specifically asked for my inquiries to be responded to in writing so I could have a "documented" exchange, and the fact your firm seems to not want to do that is concerning. 4. You asked me for an in person meeting. Unless you are paying for my time off work, that is not feasible. Remember, I was the client and you should be accommodating to your clients wishes not the other way around. 5. When I asked to speak to someone regarding my concerns and stated I "may" file a complaint with the board. The next response I received from you was informing me you were dropping my case after your firm sent me to a hack of a chiropractor who over charged me for 8 minute visits. But I want to thank you for fitting the derogatory stereotypes a lot of personal injury attorneys and the complete lack of empathy some have for their clients have. You nailed that to a T. However there is light at the end of this tunnel, I found a reputable attorney with Mullen and Mullen who has been by my side throughout this process. Who responds to my emails and text messages within an hour and set proper expectations. In conclusion Amy, if your goal is to have a firm of attorneys who like to churn and burn while nickel and dimeing your clients you have succeeded. I hope the 300 bucks you snaked out from under me for something I specifically asked your firm not to do was worth it. Because I have no quams with my current attorney getting his 5 figure cut. He has earned it... read more

I am very frustrated. On April 23rd in an email between me and my Case person Michael I was given an estimate of 6-7 weeks for my check. I call around June 15th it should be ready in. 10 days. I call on July 2nd let me give some extra days.I spoke to both Michael Smith and Jennifer Rodriguez. Michel informs me that my check should be cut by Friday. I call today .... You guessed it - No check. I am told maybe Tuesday. ‍ Here is why I am so mad... For my bday in 2016 I purchased a Jaguar. Got a GREAT deal!! I had the car 14 days and on my bday a kid in her moms BMW ran a light and totaled my car. Because of work, I needed a new car didn't get to take my time and purchase like I did the Jag. This accident cost me almost 15000 in debt and they got me a whopping 2000 bucks that I have yet to see. My case persons Michael and Jennifer are nice people but it doesn't negate that not following through on your word. I just want my little 2000 settlement for this unlicensed little girl that ran a light and hit me on my birthday. I should have called the I just Got Hit guys from the radio. The 2000 bucks is my PIP from Geico, I could have dont that myself. I was in settlement negotiations in Kansas. The attorneys I worked for would have never given clients a run around like this. Maybe by my next bday on October 2018 I will have my little check Update: After Ms. Witherite responded to my post, a staff member contacted me immediately and worked through the weekend from home to correct the issue I had. I received my money as promised. As a mother, I know how hectic it can be working from home and attending your child. I appreciate Jennifer taking time away from her baby to help get this resolved. Ms. Witherite kept her promise. Changing from 1 to 4. (4 because I wish I could have received more money.) read more

I said fine I allow even longer and now I'm texting and calling every Monday for weekly updates. to the point I start speaking to no one is returning my calls and texts again. I was told end of September check has been mailed and please allow 7-10 days. I allowed longer again because at this point I feel like I'm nagging them. its now almost end of October and haven't got a response, a text, an email to the number given where I was getting some support and haven't since. its now been about 15 months on this matter. I'm not going to give a bad or good review about them. They seem very nice once you actually talk with them, But I don't think I should have to constantly call to find out what's going on with my case. They should communicate better with their clients to let us know exactly what is going on. I had to call now someone different is handling my case . I have yet to speak with Rabio Said or has he called me to intrusive himself or say this is where we're at. Elicia was nice but again I would have to call her to find out anything. Hopefully they improve with communication. February will be a whole year since my accident . I keep forgetting to Yelp things that aren't a restaurant, haha. Anyway, lawyers typically get a bad rap because they get associated with the ambulance chasing fools from the days of yore. But like any other profession, there are good lawyers and bad lawyers. Eberstein & Whiterite is a GREAT firm. When you're hurting, it's pretty hard to stay optimistic. Daily pain is truly a bitch and some days it's hard to just get out of bed. Can you imagine how much worse it gets when you have people actively working against you? Insurance companies, employers, doctors, the jerks who caused your injury, etc. (whatever the specifics are in your own situation.) It sucks! It's nice to have someone on your side that you can trust. Someone who believes in you. It makes a shitty situation just a little better. Everyone I've worked with has been fantastic. Very responsive, positive attitude, keeping me in the loop, and genuinely concerned with my well being...or if they're faking it, they're excellent actors who make me believe they give a shit. :) They only way they could be better is if they had a really bitchin' commercial with a screaming eagle or helicopter parachuting lawyers, or something, haha. read more
