Stay away, will explain in an updated review. They have not always been this way. Citlali was the best but I believe she has moved up and now they have what I believe to be inexperienced people working on cases. read more

They took money from my minor and pretended to pay bills. They intentionally did not go for the maximum and did an awful job at negotiating.. I started calling and negotiating, but companies told me since I was represented by a lawyer. They would not accept my negotiation, but if my lawyer called and said those things, then they would be willing to lower prices and those lawyers did not.. It ended with Sadat .Montgomery being very rude and disrespectful and dismissing our case read more

This is the first time that I've hired an attorney for a personal injury case that had positive results. Sadat Montgomery and his staff were professional and courteous when dealing with me. They were always concerned about my injuries and attentive to getting me the help I needed to get better. I want to thank Cindy for doing such a great job in negotiating my settlement and keeping me updated on the progress. I feel she worked diligently on my behalf. I hope not but if I should ever again find myself needing the services of a personal injury attorney I won't hesitate to call Montgomery Law read more

worst attorney i've ever dealt with. beware do not use you would be better doing it yourself.

very little communication I actually feel like they are asking for less than what I actually deserve after being hit by a drunk driver. I found the amount through insurance company not the attorney whom I have NEVER spoke to,They didn't confirm settlement amounts with me and honestly they will end up walking away with more than me. I could have went through this alone since I wasn't at fault with the accident. in February it will be a year since my accident. If your in a accident try to work it on your own first don't do business with this firm. They will treat you as if you are the problem when calling or sending a email. read more

Very pleased to get my son's case closed without any hassle. Montgomery Law firm handled everything professionally from date of hire. Definitely recommend! read more

Attentive and responsive service is the hallmark of any business. When I contacted the Montgomery law firm I felt comfortable in entrusting my case to them. They seemed genuine and respectful in speaking with me. They didn't haggle me about what a small case I considered to have. It turns out my case was a bigger deal than I imagined it to be. I am glad that I worked with them because I felt like the larger firms that I initially contacted kind of blew me off and didn't really take me or my case serious. Every time I had questions about things they responded quickly and always left me with a thorough and clear understanding of my case. God forbid I ever have another accident, but if so, I would not hesitate to work with them again. read more

The Montgomery Law office has gone above and beyond my expectations! From the first phone call I was given reassurance that my case would be a priority and I would receive phone calls guiding me on needed steps along the way. I have personally talked to Sadat on the phone and even when he was unavailable his nurse Holly was always available during processing paperwork to answering questions. I can not say enough about the Montgomery Team! I have received phone calls letting me know of the steps and where I am with my case which I can say is different from any other law firm in Texas! If you're looking for a reliable, professional and dependable law team go with Montgomery Law! read more

Where do I start I thought this would be swift amd easy by reading reviews my case and my driver's was mishandled her injuries never token care of no calls or responses to our attempts to reach out to the attorney office they said the case manager was no longer working there then it was the attorney that was on my case was no longer working there and so Diana got the case and has been equally sorry... Does not return phone calls and dodges phone calls. My accident was in october and since then its like dealing with the insurance company myself, thought they were supposed to be on my side. Quick to sign you up and throw you to the dogs.. My driver only received 1 call ever from Diana only we recieved a welcome letter in December.. Just horrible all around.. read more

I reached out to this firm when someone ran a red light and tbone me , they were quick someone came out I think his name was Miles, I was in contact with someone by the name of Ibriham , everything seem legit and moving effectively I thought it would be a quick process , i was wrong we're now into a year and I call them every month with no resolutions , dodging of calls, rude receptionist, and lack of empathy. I have had 3 case workers that will sweet talk you into a cavity but will not give you any results. Going forward I recommend going to someone who does not refer to themselves as cowboys, animals, or inimitable objects. read more

I found Montgomery Law to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to all of my concerns and requests. Sadat and his staff displayed the highest level of professionalism and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this firm. read more

"At Montgomery Law, we promise to give you dedicated and personal service, to help you fully understand the process, and to look out for your best interests at every turn." This is a false statement that this law firm claims to stand by. This was my first accident. I called Montgomery Law because I was referred to them. I was not sure of what the process was and made that clear the client intake assigned to my case. The client intake (Elonai A) didn't explain to me what was happening to my case, didn't have the answers to my question when I CALLED HER (because I had to blow her phone up for weeks), and didn't contact me back after leaving multiple messages. At the end of it all she told me that they couldn't fight my case anymore. How does a company that claim that they "take pride in getting clients the compensation they truly deserves" quit when cases require work. Unless you want to waste your time, I would suggest NOT calling Montgomery Law. You're better off calling The Car Wreck Cowboy, Jim Adler, or any other lawyer in this area. read more
