Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

This firm was amazing in all the help they gave here in getting us the best care possible for my wife and I Mr. Mullen was one of the best attorneys I have ever had experience with. He took our cases for my wife and I and genuinely cared about us. He helped with EVERYTHING! Even when things were not looking so good and we were frustrated, Mr Mullen was there as a guiding force with professionalism and an intelligent voice of reason. I don't honestly know how I found them, but this firm went to hell and back for us. They fought for us to get us the help we needed as well as a settlement we deserved. Shane Mullen is the ABSOLUTE BEST attorney we could have ever asked for! Our recommendation of him could not be higher. Hands down, If you are in an accident, or hurt, this is the firm and the lawyers you want on your side. They will fight for you. Excellent Experience with Attorney Brad Thomas and His Team…read moreI had an excellent experience with Attorney Brad Thomas, Paula Ortiz, and the entire team who helped me with my Social Security Disability claim. My case was denied several times, but I am extremely grateful to Brad Thomas and his staff for never giving up. They stayed on top of my case, kept me informed of every update, and were always available to answer my questions or receive any new information I needed to provide. A special thank-you to Paula Ortiz, who was extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job presenting my case. I also want to recognize the excellent support staff -- Sidney, Alex, Annie, and Josh. Their professionalism, dedication, and expertise made a difficult legal process much easier for me. No matter when I called, they were always willing to listen, answer my concerns, and help me understand what was happening with my case. After several attempts and with their continued representation, I finally had my case heard before a judge, and I am very happy and blessed to say that I received a fully favorable decision. I am truly grateful that I found Brad Thomas's Disability office and this wonderful team. They communicated with me throughout the entire legal process and made sure I was never left wondering about the status of my case. I highly recommend Attorney Brad Thomas, Paula Ortiz, and their amazing staff to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dedicated, and compassionate representation for a Social Security Disability claim. Thank you all for your hard work and for believing in my case! Sent from my iPhone

I contacted the firm after receiving an unfavorable Social Security disability decision and was…read morelooking for help with my appeal. Before anyone took the time to hear my entire situation or review my decision, I was told to contact another attorney. The phone experience also felt very impersonal to me and appeared to be handled through an overseas call center rather than directly through the law office. The firm later called me back and told me they do not take mental-health disability cases. That was especially surprising because Brad Thomas has a public Facebook video in which he says, "these are the questions I ask in a hearing for mental health," and then discusses the questions he asks clients. When I pointed this out to the person from the firm, I was told it "must be an old video." What makes that explanation even more confusing to me is that the firm's current website still provides a Mental Residual Functional Capacity Assessment specifically for documenting how mental-health conditions affect a person's ability to work. I completely understand that a law firm has the right to decide which cases it accepts. My issue is the disconnect between the firm's public educational/marketing material and what I was actually told when I called for help. If the firm no longer represents people whose disability claims are based on mental-health conditions, I believe that should be made very clear. When someone has just been denied disability benefits and is trying to figure out an appeal, they deserve to have their situation heard before being quickly passed somewhere else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I had ray as my lawyer ( who as far as I knew was the one representing me ) he was very bad with communicating with me. There was lots of communication between him and my father in law though ( who is not in my case ) DAVID Sheves AS OF oct.31.2023 (for me was yesterday that was the first time I've ever met or spoke with him )informed me he was my lawyer or in other words they work as a team and Blake ,David and Ray was my attorney that's fine and all but why was there no communication with him at all, until the end when he basically fired him self aka he brought a paper out after I complained to him about a situation of money missing " saying he thinks it's best to give my file to me since I'm so unhappy , there was an Atterney fee to my husband for property damage " but in fact my husband had no contract with this attorney ,there for was not subject to any agreements ! He tryied to say he was representing my husband as his attorney (again no contract of agreement) this is why he was aloud to keep a sum portion of the return ,but I was under the impression this was my case from very beginning! The only involvement my husband has was it being his vehicle by title but again my husband had no agreements with the lawyer ..! The whole afternoon was a poop show let's just say for lack of better words. I feel there's a little scam going on and I will have it investigated.. AGAIN THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPION! Do what you will just Be very cautious/careful dealing with this company or any company in general.. always do your research. I asked for his bar number multiple times on voice recording and yes Texas is a one party state of consent so I record conversations he told me look him up on google I did and found it but since he refused not a big deal ***
