Instead, the dealings involve my father (dying of incurable cancer), who foolishly lent Sheves $629 to close on a property at closing, money which he did not repay despite kindly requesting it from him. Sheves is discourteous by not answering e-mails and phone calls. He also tries tricking people by providing them false legal information. Fortunately, I know the law better than Sheves does, but the fool thinks he is dealing with the bottom echelons of the socioeconomic ladder.
