After 2 weeks of send them documents in their junk portal not once but twice and the documents would get rejected for one reason or another. (Error1) Then they send use this: Our primary goal is to provide Jennifer and her spouse with a comprehensive evaluation of their financial situation to determine the feasibility of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.......Please keep in mind I do not know a Jennifer and that is not my wifes name (Error2) Then when we had enough and requested a refund for not every getting an assessment/evaluation this is what we got. Please keep in mind that he call customer service a chargable service, talking with an atty a chargable service, talking with legal assistant a chargable service.....I call it customer service to retain a customer....... We have reviewed your refund request and would like to clarify a few important points. As clearly stated in the Engagement Agreement that you signed, the legal fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable. For this reason, we are unable to grant your request for a refund. We also respectfully dispute your statement that "no service has been rendered." Since the start of your engagement, the following services have been provided: - You have had two phone conferences with the attorney regarding your case. - Our legal assistants have actively worked on your file, including monitoring your progress and following up on the documents requested for your bankruptcy evaluation. - Our customer service team has assisted you during multiple phone calls to address your questions and concerns. The delay in moving your case forward was not due to a lack of service, but rather because several documents uploaded to the portal were corrupted, and some required documents remain missing, which has prevented us from completing the evaluation at this time. At the end of the day I called another Atty and had an evaluation on the call and they did not ask for a dime. I talk to them 3 more times and not once did they ask for money. read more

If only we could give a zero. You only talk to Daniel before you give him money. Then he outsources you to an incompetent, low cost lawyer who is obviously following a cookie cutter approach. Do not ignore the negative reviews. They are accurate and reflect exactly how this firm operates. I strongly advise against hiring this law firm for any case. We hired them for a Chapter 11 case for our trucking company and it was one of the worst business decisions we've ever made. Attorney Mr. Santiago was completely negligent - ignoring phone calls, texts, and emails for weeks at a time. The only way I could ever get an answer was by physically leaving work to show up at their office, which is unacceptable for a firm charging thousands of dollars. Their so-called "customer service" line is nothing but a dead-end voicemail. We paid more than $12,000 (and they still demanded more) for incompetence, zero communication, and a case that went nowhere. Eventually, we had no choice but to hire a new attorney to clean up their mess. Herrin, the supposed leader, is no better..he hides from clients and avoids accountability. Just like Santiago, he ignores all types of communication. This firm thrives on taking people's money, ignoring them, and running their cases into the ground. They are unprofessional, predatory, and shamelessly greedy. Their behavior is unethical, and I will make sure the State Bar is made aware of how they exploit clients in desperate situations. If you value your livelihood, your business, or your peace of mind, stay far away. This place is disgusting, dishonest, and nothing more than a cash grab. I first contacted Mr. Herrin for assistance in late winter of 2025. What immediately impressed me of his professionalism was this: he LISTENED! His calm and knowledgeable persona immediately put my fears at ease. We shared conversation for 45 minutes as I explained my quandary in detail.
