I highly doubt that the 4.8 rating is an accurate rating or even legitimate. If I could give a lower rating it would be in the negatives. *CAUTION, PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING AN ATTORNEY FROM THIS OR ANY FIRM* Approximately 2 years ago while I was at a complete stop on my motorcycle due to traffic, I was rear-ended by a pickup truck with a lift kit. I was ejected approximately 20 ft from my motorcycle. The pickup truck left the scene. The driver of the pickup truck was later apprehended. I suffered from several herniated disc's and still suffer from really bad neck and back pain. I found Fielding law online and read the reviews. I fell for all of the ads and the "positive" reviews from Fielding Law auto accident attorneys. After hiring from Fielding law I was assigned an attorney "Christina", however I just got off the phone with my attorney who identified herself as "Allison" so now I'm even more confused about who actually represented me and my case. *Must know information.* Approximately 2 years after the accident... The attorney advised me that the insurance company was going to pay out the "max coverage" of $30,000. The Attorney did not argue with the insurance company any further. -The attorney took 33.33% right off the top. =$10,000 -Then took an additional $888.38 for "expenses". (Expenses should've been included in the 33.33%) - Then they subtracted my medical bills. - I was left with the scraps of 8,940.67 and permanent injury to my back and neck. *The scam* One would be left only to believe that for as long as these vultures have been practicing, they would already know what the end result would've been and how much the pay out would be. How is it fair that Fielding law, with all the hype they advertise makes more than the injured client? I would've been better off just filing a claim through insurance company, battled the insurance company myself. I would've been awarded twice if not more than what I got using this Attorney. It is not about the money, it is the principal. It is because of these firms that attorneys are labeled as ambulance chasers, vultures and scammers. Due to my experience I can't argue against any of these descriptors. Coclusion: Based on my experience, I question the reputation of Fielding Law. My account outlines significant, long-term injuries--multiple herniated discs and severe neck/back pain following a high-impact, hit-and-run motorcycle crash--leading to a net settlement that I feel did not adequately reflect the damages or the cost of legal representation. While Fielding Law highlights many 5-star reviews on its website, Google, and Yelp, noting that they often settle cases with "extra money in [the] pocket". It is all a ruse to attract injured vulnerable people and use them to line thier own pockets and serve their own interests. read more

I'm a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 26 years of service, and my experience with Fielding Law was disappointing. I hired them for a June 23, 2024 injury case that ultimately required a total left hip replacement on October 14, 2025. In July 2025, I tried to move my case to another firm because I was concerned about how things were being handled. Instead of releasing me, my attorney, Allison Capaul, asked me to stay and promised she would personally manage my case. After that, communication dropped off. My last direct contact with her was December 15, 2025. For nearly two months, I heard only from the paralegal, and even those updates had no real information. Then on February 9, 2026--just months before my statute of limitations expires--Fielding Law suddenly withdrew. Their letter claimed a "difference of opinion on litigation strategy," but the only disagreement was about the value of my injuries after major surgery. I fully cooperated the entire time. I was also never shown any settlement offer from First Chicago Insurance Company. If an offer existed, it was never shared with me. Their late withdrawal has made it much harder to secure new representation before the deadline.
