Please do your research before hiring this law firm. I wish I would have, as I'm now realizing I'm just one of many who has experienced their careless negligence. They filed an appeal on my case after writing them that I did not wish to go forward (since there was little communication or help during my case which ultimately got denied). I then had to speak directly to the SS office and tell them I did not approve the appeal and do not want them representing me anymore. Even the SS office was appalled they would file an appeal without my consent. I left many messages with receptionists as well as countless messages through the online portal since October 2025. I then resorted to sending a certified letter which was also ignored. When I finally got a hold of Ben in May 2026 after he sent me a letter (7 months later and after I had already fired them from my case which he wasn't even aware of), he said the got a new portal in February, as if that was an excuse that my messages went unanswered for 4 months. He expressed no remorse or accountability and then asked if I ever tried calling the office, after I explained all of this to him. I was shocked I was asked such an unintelligent question like that, from someone who is supposed to be a professional. If they can't be trusted to actually listen and have simple communication, they absolutely cannot be trusted with a court case. read more

I'm disappointed that this place is so busy that it refused to provide an opportunity to address our relevant SSDI situation questions with an attorney, but would only provide a few generic answers about what they do. The intake people said that the attorney will only talk to the customer once it's in the appeal process. Very unprofessional. The front desk chick cut me off and rudely transferred me to another rude person. Ben doesn't update anyone about anything for 6 months at a time as if it's okay. We've been on edge since July but they only care about getting money. GREEDY in my perspective but y'all find out for yourselves. Talking over me doesn't negate that y'all could give a rat's behind about the client. Sounding annoyed doesn't help at all, either. No empathy for the disability itself. No updates about anything. On the phone, he's cold as hell. I don't understand how this is for the people suffering when no one cares about the people suffering. No none wants to have to file for disability. it usually means a person is chronically sick, or in chronic pain. This becomes an emotional situation, as well. Government agencies are by nature designed to run you around, and make things difficult. Getting disability is a very difficult process, no matter how sick you are. This law firm is a scam. If I could give them a -10 I would. We were sadden and devastated with our father's early onset dementia diagnosis and tried to utilize this "law firm" to assist in getting my father on disability. We gave them all the intake info they asked for but insisted on getting the answers directly from our father. We told them he would be unable to assist as he has dementia . . . hence why we were in this situation . . . They called and told us this and proceeded to do nothing to help us further. Communicating with them and trying to get the process moving forward was taking so much time that we didn't have. We took matters into our own hands and did everything ourselves. We hadn't even heard from them in over a year when we got a notice that they wanted to be paid (for literally nothing). We explained the situation, thinking they simply made a mistake, and they did not care whatsoever and just wanted their money. So, they took my dad's entire disability check, leaving him with no money for the month. Imagine having to explain to your 62 year old, demented father that he has no money because a "law firm", who made one phone call, took his money. I contacted this firm regarding disability for my son. The Intake Paralegal asked a couple of brief questions about his health (not enough to understand his condition) and said she would take it to the lawyer. The next day she called back and said they would not take the case. I mentioned to her that I had just earlier dropped off a letter to her explaining his condition and that I have copies of all his medical records. She said she would take that to the lawyer and call back the next day. I never received a call back. I would have at least expected the courtesy of a phone call, even if they still wouldn't take the case. I would give this a zero if possible. read more
