I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication toward the end of my auto…read moreaccident settlement process while working with Brittany. During earlier conversations, I believed the amounts being discussed referred to reductions in medical bills rather than the actual amount I would personally receive from the settlement. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding was not clarified until much later in the process. I was also uncomfortable when a recording of our phone conversation was provided as proof of my acceptance of the settlement amount, as it felt dismissive of my concerns rather than an effort to clarify the misunderstanding. Additionally, I was told that the attorney would look into the possibility of reducing the attorney fees since I would still be responsible for several thousand dollars in hospital bills. However, I never received a clear follow-up regarding whether that discussion took place or what the outcome was. While some staff members were responsive and professional, improved communication and greater transparency would have made this experience significantly less frustrating. Such as informing me there were liens from medical bills before the settlement was finished. As this was the second time I had retained this law firm for an auto accident matter, I reasonably expected the process to be handled in a manner similar to my prior contact. Based on my experience in this matter, I do not feel comfortable recommending this firm to family members or friends at this time

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am a African American Muslim convert…read morewho found this law group on the FRONT PAGE of the Muslim Yellow Pages book at my local masjid. I thought they would be friendly towards Muslims but I was very wrong. Maybe it was my race that threw things off in a office full of middle eastern people but I saw them greeting each other warmly with Salams while they ignored my Salam to them or made little to no effort to return it. They treated my case as if it was a waste of time and quoted me 7500$ to get started. When I said this sounds high they said "Trump is president so everything is high". Thanks for the experience. May God guide you all because what I experienced wasn't what I thought a Muslim law firm on the front of a Muslim Yellow Pages book would put their new Muslim clients though.

We want to make the process of settling our estate as easy as possible for our children. I hope they don't need to refer to this document for many years in the future but it is a big comfort to know that we have these documents all prepared for when that time comes. It's hard to believe 75% of people die without a will and settling an estate gets tied up in probate court and how much time and court fees that involves. We briefly met with Isaac and mainly worked with Ana. We met one time to go over the decisions that needed to be made and then a few weeks after that to sign the documents. Ana took time in our initial meeting to explain everything and listened patiently to all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and professional and has our best interests in mind. She is a very kind person and takes pride in her work. Call Shutt Law Firm today and make an appointment. Your loved ones will appreciate your planning for the future.

I am a former client of Curtis Graves Law Office. And I hired him in November 2018 for my SSI…read moredisability denial so I can obtain Medical coverage. Mr. Graves agreed to take my case believing I had a chance to get SSI's decision overturned. Today is July 10, 2019. I have my SSI hearing scheduled for July 12, 2019. Curtis Graves withdrew from my case two days before my hearing stating that my last treating physician did not diagnose me and that there is nothing wrong. Upon my receipt of all legal documents and medical records today, Curtis Graves office received paperwork relating to my case on April 19, 2019. Three months prior to my scheduled court hearing. Upon reading through all documentation there is absolutely no mention of the doctor who diagnosed and was treating me for my disabling disorder. Curtis Graves Office and staff have proven to be incompetent, lazy, and and unchallenged with regard to doing their due diligence and research for their clients. They offer no budget to even have their clients evaluated by medical professionals. Based on their dropping of the ball on my case two days before my court hearing, I am thankful that he will not be representing me. going forward. I am now seeking new legal representation due to Curtis Graves faux pas on my case. I would not recommend him to anyone, And I recommend anyone reading this does not consider him either. They dragged their feet and dropped the ball. Would you really want someone like that representing you for your disability claims?
