I am a former client of Curtis Graves Law Office. And I hired him in November 2018 for my SSI…read moredisability denial so I can obtain Medical coverage. Mr. Graves agreed to take my case believing I had a chance to get SSI's decision overturned. Today is July 10, 2019. I have my SSI hearing scheduled for July 12, 2019. Curtis Graves withdrew from my case two days before my hearing stating that my last treating physician did not diagnose me and that there is nothing wrong. Upon my receipt of all legal documents and medical records today, Curtis Graves office received paperwork relating to my case on April 19, 2019. Three months prior to my scheduled court hearing. Upon reading through all documentation there is absolutely no mention of the doctor who diagnosed and was treating me for my disabling disorder. Curtis Graves Office and staff have proven to be incompetent, lazy, and and unchallenged with regard to doing their due diligence and research for their clients. They offer no budget to even have their clients evaluated by medical professionals. Based on their dropping of the ball on my case two days before my court hearing, I am thankful that he will not be representing me. going forward. I am now seeking new legal representation due to Curtis Graves faux pas on my case. I would not recommend him to anyone, And I recommend anyone reading this does not consider him either. They dragged their feet and dropped the ball. Would you really want someone like that representing you for your disability claims?

We discussed why I believe I am eligible for SSDI, and with her thorough knowledge of the law, Madeline agreed to take my case. She is extremely thorough in her explanation of the process, and offered her professional opinion of how the file would progress. She did not miss one thing. Based on her experience, Madeline explained the whole process to me. My claim was successful. Seriously folks, if you are considering an attorney to help you get what you rightfully are eligible for from the Social Security Administration, I cannot recommend Madeline McIntosh enough. Madeline understands the law as it pertains to SSDI, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and her commitment to excellence and thoroughness are unmatched. I was in an administrative position with the Navy for 20 years. I thought I was pretty damn thorough, and those who were stationed with me would tell you the same thing. However, Madeline's commitment to excellence and thoroughness is next level. Don't hesitate to contact her directly, you won't be disappointed.

Lenahan Law Firm - Marc C. Lenahan

I've practiced law in Dallas for almost a half-Century. I'm well aware of Personal Injury…read morepractice; those who advertise heavily have to settle quickly, cheap, in volume, to afford the tv commercials. Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." The Insurance Company Adjuster made offers that were insulting, a couple thousand dollars, take it or leave it. Marc called, "We can reject it, file suit, that will likely get the attention of somebody above the Adjuster." Marc did. And, a couple months later called to say he'd gotten 100% of the Policy Limits. On both claims! Many PI lawyers only take "major" cases that may net them beaucoup bucks. This wasn't "major", just two good people whose lives were changed forever by a careless driver. Mark handled it the same way he would a million-dollar case. Dallas Personal Injury lawyers know about each other. I've never practiced PI, those I know and trust sent me to Marc. And he got my friends every cent available. He stayed in contact with them, kept them fully aware, gave them a complete accounting of how their payments were computed. Ethics are a major part in law practice. From what I saw, Marc's are of the highest.

I wanted someone to help who had good reviews on Yelp, reasoning that it was safer. So, I read Bill Bronson's reviews and decided to try him out. I called in the middle of the afternoon on 8-5-15. The attorney himself answered the phone (not usually a good sign for an established attorney). Explaining he had some standard questions to ask me, he proceeded to read from a form with all the assurance of a novice actor auditioning for a church play. Still, I agreed to a consultation because it was available the next day. At 9 am I arrived on time and was greeted by a bored acting young Latina, who looked more like she was dressed for high school than a professional office. I filled out a mercifully short intake form and was then told that "the attorney is running a few minutes late". I noted that she didn't use his name, like this was a canned response at the ready for 1st in the morning appointments. But okay, I have been late a few times too for my 1st clients so.... The receptionist offered me something to drink. When I accepted she brought me a plastic cup of cold water, instead of a bottle as would be more common in most professional offices of every kind these days. As I sat in his reception that I found was as lacking in furniture as it was lacking imagination or warmth, I wondered what was keeping him: traffic, court, sick kid, hangover? I had no clue and the stony silence of the receptionist told me that no explanation would be forthcoming. At 9:15 the receptionist got up from her desk went to a back office and could be heard on a phone talking to someone. Calling to remind him I was there? Who knows. After I heard her hang up the phone she returned without a word and proceeded as if I wasn't there. At 9:30 I gave her the same level of concern, I got up and left without a word. I wonder, If you are stressed about a major problem with the IRS and needed to reach out to a professional would this experience reassure you?
