They then provide a questionnaire covering all everything you discuss in the meeting. Once you complete that, they send you draft documents. I got my drafts in under 2 weeks. The drafts have highlighted sections which are for reviewing the information you provided to them. You have an opportunity to request updates and ask other questions about the drafts. They respond very quickly to ensure your needs are met. Once you are ready, you set up an appointment to sign. They take care of the notary and witnesses. Well - Lawyers, accountants and the tax man.. beware!!! Lorie is in town and she is gonna change the standard to which you have to do your job! Lorie was incredible when I went in to get my Will done as well as all of the other things that have to go along with that. She is thorough and does it in a pretty quick time frame. Going through the process of getting a will, medical power of attorney, and other basic documents was a dismal 5-months for us that began and ended with a series of off-putting rules. Don't come to the office unless you have an appointment, are vaccinated, masked, and sit in your chair behind a screen. At the end -- come to the office to sign your documents, but you may not ask questions. The day (and only time) we actually saw our real lawyer, she did not introduce herself nor did she ask us to do the same. She just started talking about possible legal packages available. Once we made our decision, she left the room, and we never saw her again. Although they post that they have office hours daily, our phone calls went to a machine and were seldom answered until the next day. We asked for a personal meeting mid-way through the process to clarify trust sections we were not familiar with, and that request was denied. They told us to submit our questions via email. If you are looking for a legal team that is engaged with your needs, this is not the place. read more

I do not recommend this firm. I see many others have had a good experience here. I could not even get in the door. I had a need for a will and trust and had a few phone calls with this office and scheduled an in person consultation. I am a very busy working person myself and had to carve out time and wait 2 weeks for the appointment in the future. They contacted me about my Mon appt on Fri and wanted some info entered on their website over the weekend. Try as I might I could not get the website to work, it would not accept any password I put into it despite meeting the standard. So today early they texted, no phone call, and just cancelled my appointment that I have scheduled an early day from work to make. I have called the office and nothing. So they have already cost me money. I amback to zero on getting a will done for myself and my time and money have been wasted. Poor experience, very unprofessionsl office. read more
