During the review, we discovered that the trust/will that HAIMAN Hogue had done for us was completely overpriced and unnecessary. We were told that our current trust was 5x the complexity and pages that was needed for our needs. We were basically oversold and they definitely did not act in our best interest. Once we heard this, we felt it necessary to write this review. When Haiman Hogue did our original trust, they charged us a ridiculous amount of money according to our current attorney. When we went back to get the trust updated, they wanted to charge us another $3000 just to update it. On top of that, they wanted us to make an immediate down payment of $1,500 just to make an appointment three weeks out, since Rex was going on vacation. We stupidly made the payment and appointment. The next day we came to our senses and cancelled the appointment and had to argue with them to get our downpayment returned. It took them over a week to credit us back. Lastly, this attorney dressed very unprofessionally. His shirt was clearly dirty and worn out. Not sure how this firm stays in business. This firm deserves NO STARS!
