If you're patient enough, you might be able to wait until something goes on sale and get something for a good deal. But I really want to give a positive shout out to a recent experience I had with WDC last month. I live at the beach, and my Miele dishwasher that's about 5 years old hasn't had any issues whatsoever, except, from being at the beach, and a second home (not used everyday) over time a couple of the racks have deterriorated with some rusting issues. I ordered two new racks online from Miele before Christmas- they were pretty pricy. But they arrived in what I would call 'funky' condition, there were a couple of loose pieces that both myself, and my super handy husband could NOT figure out. I was sure Miele had sent us defective racks... but before I called them, I decided to take them into WDC hoping that someone there would tell me what was going on. I showed up at WDC on a slow weekday afternoon, because I knew this might take some time, and both Martez Houffen (Sales/Order Fulfillment) and Robert MacDowell (Store Manager/Sales) were a little perplexed with the racks well. At first. But, with EXCELLENT customer service, they took the time to see that the racks were assembled perfectly. Problem solved. WDC is my go to for all of my applicance needs! The replacement was warped and the grates were chipping!! So I had to wait yet again for another replacement!!! WDC is by far the worst store I have ever dealt with and will never be returning there again. They are completely unprofessional and useless once they have made a sale.
