I'd assume during the checking of work that that would be checked, to make sure I had all the previous features I had before on my laptop. Now I'm debating about getting that fixed there or not. Otherwise, if you need something done quickly and pretty decently (and affordable because most places would overcharge for sure), definitely go to them. I just had to knock points off because that would be something one would check before releasing an item.

However be aware they don't have warranty for any physical damage (not sure what the point of even offering it is), screen was back to cracked after only 3 months of use. If I would've known that I would've just let Apple do the repair, so I suggest sometimes paying double the price is better if the repair will last you longer! Associates were very friendly though, and I did have a positive experience a couple months back when my iPhone charger broke off in the slot, they were able to remove it for me!
