I have never felt the need to leave a review on any business before however this experience left me…read moreneeding to. Do not go to this piercer. I was looking for a place close by to change my cartilage piercing to a hoop. I didn't check the reviews because I thought something as simple as a jewelry change wasn't needed but I was very wrong. When I started he proceeded to not sanitize his hands nor did he put on gloves. I sat on the table with my hand holding onto the side just sitting normally as he proceeded to change my jewelry I felt him press his entire genitalia against my hand and kept it there the entire time as he changed my jewelry I couldn't process what was happening I wanted to be in denial. I was too shocked to take any action In the moment. I didn't know what to think, my mind was too cloudy to fully process or do anything. Not to mention I think this guy rents out his own place to be one on one with his customers and that's why he doesn't work with a studio. He also attempted to "straighten" my healed piercing which left it inflamed and irritated afterwards. This man is a crook and a fraud and most of all a predator if he's going to get his license revoked it's going to be done by me as I am taking legal matters. He is a terrible piercer.

She also helped me out with another issue I was having. If you go to this shop for a piercing, Whitney is your girl!! I will be going back to her again for sure. I paid beforehand and it was a bit more expensive than I expected ($50 plus $10 for the jewelry I wanted), but I am so happy with my experience!! I highly highly recommend this shop, even if you're a newbie like I am. Very clean, everyone is super nice, and the receptionist even took a picture of my friend and I for us!

I was a walk-in and appreciated that I was able to get a piercing without much of a wait. There is a wide variety of jewellery available to suit every taste and budget. When I started to feel a little woozy after my piercing, she was quick to help and did not make me feel bad or embarrassed. Check out was super quick and I left with clear aftercare instructions. I can come back in about a month to have my piercing checked out and downsized. This was my first tattoo and it should've been very special but it ended up being really upsetting. THEY MADE OUR TATTOOS DIFFERENT SIZES. Completely unprofessional. Not only is mine bigger than it should be, but the line work is somewhat shoddy. I wouldn't go to this shop again, and definitely not that artist (Yana Patel).
