I get mostly fine-line tattoos and after looking at Ashley's work on instagram, I knew she would be able to do beautiful work. I've gotten two tattoos with her and they are my favorite tattoos that I have! I got my sternum tattooed with her and she made me feel comfortable with the entire process and made sure it was absolutely perfect. Every time I'm in there, the studio is clean and the staff that I've interacted with have all been kind. I can't wait to get more work done there in the future!

After walking through the door we were greeted and welcomed by Devan, who would turn out to be our artist. He was INCREDIBLY friendly. Me and my buddy both had great conversations with him. I paid for a service...this business owner did not understand that I was asked by the artist to…read morecome back to finish the remaining portion of the tattoo that was paid for..now this business owner said some very stupid things to me regarding not wanting to complete my tattoo unless I pay another $600 up front and i told him what happened and then his response was something to the effect of my incoherent ramblings mean nothing to him and he said our business has been concluded and my business is no longer welcome at their company or something to that effect and ended his nice legal coffin by stating "GOD BLESS". I am waiting for an investigation to he done by the consumer complaints with the state of texas attorney general...I have texts and this is confirmed with this fraudulent business who doesn't have decent service...the moment I was given a total price and the work was not completed on their end of the contract, they are actually the one who failed to provide the service..maybe next time, hear the full story and dont ASSume anything about who they are, what they know and what they do for a living in the insurance industry and is a daughter of a disabled vet who was murdered by the doctor at the VA...I am so appalled that this business is stating they are a vet owned business and treat people the way I was treated..I dont recommend this place at all...I did not find anything on the BBB, but if I could give this place a negative 10...that is my honest opinion and thankfully we have the freedom of speech and other protections..
