Whitney did my piercing and helped me decide exactly where it should go; she was extremely helpful as I have never done anything on cartilage. It was very quick and easy, and didn't hurt at all. She also helped me out with another issue I was having. If you go to this shop for a piercing, Whitney is your girl!! I will be going back to her again for sure. I paid beforehand and it was a bit more expensive than I expected ($50 plus $10 for the jewelry I wanted), but I am so happy with my experience!! I paid for a service...this business owner did not understand that I was asked by the artist to…read morecome back to finish the remaining portion of the tattoo that was paid for..now this business owner said some very stupid things to me regarding not wanting to complete my tattoo unless I pay another $600 up front and i told him what happened and then his response was something to the effect of my incoherent ramblings mean nothing to him and he said our business has been concluded and my business is no longer welcome at their company or something to that effect and ended his nice legal coffin by stating "GOD BLESS". I am waiting for an investigation to he done by the consumer complaints with the state of texas attorney general...I have texts and this is confirmed with this fraudulent business who doesn't have decent service...the moment I was given a total price and the work was not completed on their end of the contract, they are actually the one who failed to provide the service..maybe next time, hear the full story and dont ASSume anything about who they are, what they know and what they do for a living in the insurance industry and is a daughter of a disabled vet who was murdered by the doctor at the VA...I am so appalled that this business is stating they are a vet owned business and treat people the way I was treated..I dont recommend this place at all...I did not find anything on the BBB, but if I could give this place a negative 10...that is my honest opinion and thankfully we have the freedom of speech and other protections..
