Came in to get a taper reopen on my right ear and it was a breeze. Searched the closest spot that was near and Lilac was the nearest. I was able to get an appointment online right away. The young lady working the front desk was super helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was the only dude there but the ladies made me feel totally welcome -- no awkwardness at all. Cheyenne took care of my piercing and she was awesome. She even hooked it up for free since it was my birthday. Place is really clean and sanitized really well. Cool place, great energy and vibes. You can really tell the ladies at this shop take pride in what they do. If my wife ever needs any services I would certainly recommend her to come here. read more

I don't reccomend this shop. My sister and I wanted to get matching tattoos. They made us wait for about an hour after telling us to get in at a specific time. Bounced us between three different artists before deciding on which would do our tattoo. It felt like they were rushing us and were perturbed when I asked for them to adjust the stencil (they didn't listen the first time). This was my first tattoo and it should've been very special but it ended up being really upsetting. THEY MADE OUR TATTOOS DIFFERENT SIZES. Completely unprofessional. Not only is mine bigger than it should be, but the line work is somewhat shoddy. I wouldn't go to this shop again, and definitely not that artist (Yana Patel). read more

After following Lilac Tattoo studio on tik tok for a very long time I took the chance and book with one of the artists. I asked for an experienced watercolor artist and was matched with who they said was best. I looked at her work and was confident I was choosing a great tattoo artist to work with. I sent her examples of what I was looking for as well as requested to see what she was drawing up. She told me she would have it when I arrive for my appointment and we can make any changes. I wanted then. I arrived 15 minutes early. She did not arrive until after 1 PM when my appointment was to start. No big deal I don't mind waiting. She told me she was going to get set up and we would get started. Over an hour later, I asked you use the restroom and I walked back and realized she was sitting in the break room drawing my tattoo. Another half hour goes by and she brings it out. I like what I saw and agreed and requested be a little bigger because I had intended to be almost a half sleeve size. She goes back and says she's gonna set up her station and we'll get started in a few minutes at this point. I've been sitting in the waiting area for 1 1/2 hours. She comes out 15 minutes later with the stencil and applies it to my arm and says she'll be right back. It is now 2:45 PM. At 3:30 I go to the receptionist because I can hear her talking with another tattoo artist and laughing and joking in the back and I say do you have any idea when this is gonna get started because at this point? The receptionist was beyond rude and told me that the tattoo artist are independent contractors and she can't help me. While I understand that there is absolutely no reason for her attitude when I was very nice asking about what was going on. Another artist was sitting behind the desk and got up and I'm assuming walked back and said something because my artist came out a few minutes later and was like I'm ready. It took another 45 minutes for her to actually get started on my tattoo. At this point, I was ready to just walk away, but I assumed because the line work was pretty easy and it was mainly color work. I wouldn't be there too long. Man was wrong and I really wish I had made the decision at that point to just walk away. The whole time she was tattooing me she was on her phone. She was doing the tattoo in pieces instead of doing the outline all at once and then going back and coloring/shading. At 8:30 I asked her how much longer it would be and she said it would be approximately another 20 minutes. Well, that 20 minutes, turned into another hour and 15 minutes. Mind you I had been there since 12:45 PM. But I had only been in the chair and her working on me since 415. I have been in many of a tattoo artist chair and have over 25 tattoos and I have never had a tattoo this size take such a long period of time nor have I ever had to wait to even get started for such a long period of time. I'm not happy with my tattoo either the line work is either super heavy or barely there and the coloring and shading does not match with the drawing she showed me. Once it is healed. I will give her a chance to fix the work, I have a feeling she knows that the work is subpar because she knocked $100 off the Tattoo. I'll update this review once I see what the artist says. But overall, the line is beautiful, but the people that worked there specifically the receptionist are rude and do not go with the vibe of women supporting women. read more

What an incredible experience!! My 19 yo daughter wanted her ears pierced for the first time and having seen their Instagram reels of an all girls studio, she made an appointment. Shyann was amazing. She was diligent and attentive. She took her time to ensure the ear piercings were even and symmetrical. She explained everything along the way and my daughter was very comfortable with the whole process. The inside is bright and the staff remarkable! I loved the decor and how clean everything was. I was a walk-in on a Friday night and I got incredibly lucky and didn't have to wait too long for a tattoo. I saw the amazingly creative and talented Rabbit - she ensured I was comfortable the entire time I was getting my tattoo. She was kind, communicated efficiently, and let me sit in silence and soak up the experience. Her line work is incredible and I love that she even did two or three double checks to make sure she was satisfied with her work. Biggest ripoff ever. Didn't tell us the price till after the tattoo. 10 mins of work for a simple 4 inch uncomplicated outline was $180 dollars. That's the equivalent of charging $1080 per hour. read more

Skailyr blew my mind with her beautiful, delicate, feminine, rainbow colored creation. I'll be back for more and I highly recommend her and the Fort Worth studio. I went in and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and everyone made sure that everything was clean and up to code. This place is amazing, from the minute you walk in you are greeted with a welcoming smile. The front desk assistant is warm, pleasant, great patience and very informative about the laws in regards to minors. Visually this tattoo studio is stunning, visually aesthetic as the kids say and Instagram worthy. Very clean and doesn't smell like most places with the heavy green leafy smell lol. From a former health inspector perception I would definitely give this place a high rated pass! From a parent perspective definitely feel safe in knowing how clean and knowledgeable the staff is.
