I got my lips pierced here and how disappointed I am with the result. So firstly this is not my first piercing, but it is my first piercing at this establishment. Going to be totally honest, I've never written reviews, so to anyone reading this, please take this as your sign to reconsider coming here _. Firstly let's start with the environment, the workers here were pretty nice. I had no issue with their attitude or with the way they treated me. Though I did feel a bit uncomfortable when getting pierced. Often when I get pierced at my usual spot, it's always just me and my piercer alone, but here, it seemed like all the employees wanted in on the action lol Since I wanted to try a new place out, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So for the piercing itself, while I was getting it done, my piercer was a little shaky and hesitant on the placement of the lips. Her unsureness really worried me, but I stayed calmed and put trust in the process (not a good idea). Eventually it was time to get pierced and it was not too bad, now when she was done. I wasn't given much advice on the aftercare. They did try to sell me their own aftercare, but im pretty sure it would have been of their best interest to let me know what to buy from a genuine store/pharmacy and what to use to make sure the healing process goes well... Anyways, one of the piercings were crooked :( Ok so it was bothering me and so I decided to give the owner a text. He lets me know I can come in and get it repierced. So I show up to the store and the owner himself repierced it. Thought he didn't give me any mouthwash for when I got it repierced :0 I don't know whether it was safe to have repierced an already wounded piercing, but since they were the piercer, they told me they could repierce it and it would just swell. Ok so I go through with it. Big mistake. I got it pierced at 2 pm, and around 5 pm I noticed a bit of bruising and by 9 pm, the bruising got worse. I texted the owner to voice my concerns and they told me that it was normal due to the trauma for being pierced twice, I guess I could somewhat understand that. The bruising gets worse and there's bleeding and lots of swelling. I figured it probably did just need a bigger bar. I kept waking up in the middle of the night with pain in my lips and the swelling getting worse :/ Eventually I decided to contact my usual piercer, so I go to their store and when I showed them the issue, they told me that I needed to take it out immediately and that hopefully the jewelry was not stuck to my lip. So they take me to the back and take out the piercing, which luckily comes out. There's non stop bleeding to which my piercer has to hold down towels to make sure I don't bleed out. He then tells me to go to the ER near by (._.) I go the er, they let me know that a vessel was pierced and they have prescribed me antibiotics. I was lucky that the bleeding stopped. I go back to my piercer and they also informed me that not only was that one piercing done incorrectly, but that the other piercing was pierced at a wrong angle. So both piercings in the end weren't don't correctly _ Please be mindful of where you get your piercings. read more

I just had a tattoo done by Emerson and he did an amazing job! The staff was very nice and the vibe was right up my alley. I am not a quiet person and they were all onboard with my outgoing personality. LOL! I felt very comfortable and the tatt was kickass. It is a moderately large piece and there was no blowout. I was able to set up an appointment for a few days for permanent eyeliner. It's kind of off the beaten path so to say, but they did a wonderful job with me and was extremely patient. I hesitated on permanent eyeliner before, but I think it has drastically improved my look, even without lashes or makeup on. If you were thinking of getting permanent eyeliner at psycho clown tattoo. They also allow you to pay a little extra for any touch ups or darker color etc ... within 90 days. Well worth it, I think! read more

Scheduled an appointment with Sabrina for a spine tattoo and it came out perfect! Mind you this is my 5th tattoo, but was the easiest for myself as far as pain level goes. She sketched it out for me prior to actually tattooing so that I was able to see if that is where I wanted my placement to be (if you're new to tattoos, every tattoo place should be doing this because it is permanent!!). It's also okay to ask questions as well as I asked Sabrina how it would feel, from her POV does it look good, etc etc. She answered all my questions no matter what it was and never once made me feel dumb for asking it. No question is dumb, y'all!! She and the rest of staff ensured that everyone follow COVID protocol and made me feel very comfortable while there. Of course masks were worn during my duration at the shop. Overall, my experience was a 10/10 * 5 stars, you name it! Suberbbbbbbb! Will be returning for more pieces from Sabrina. I had a horrible experience here years ago. I hope its changed. I had an apprentice do my work. The artwork on paper was great but she did a terrible job on my back but that's what I get for being her guinea pig. The chair shook a lot while she worked on me and it felt like we were gonna fall through the floor. I felt like I was getting a tattoo in a trailer park! It was so dirty as well. My friends and I came at 11 to get small friday the 13th tattoos, signed up and paid for everything, and waited there for two and a half hours before they told us that they were about to turn people away and that we could get a voucher and come back tomorrow or leave without our money. Just thought it was really unprofessional of them to tell us this information at the last second instead of telling us at signing up that there could be a chance of us not getting our tattoos tonight. The voucher would be nice if it wasn't just tomorrow but "because of the size of the tattoo (3x3) they won't do it any other day than tomorrow". I would NEVER NEVER recommend this place. Chris missed a letter in one of the words, then added the missing letter in the wrong color, lines aren't clean, i's look like t's, the h'a are b's. I had a consultation with the owner Jerrod to have a cover up done. He had pictures of what I wanted done before hand, and instead of telling me that coverup didn't work in a text, I drop 30 minutes to his shop. Then after meeting with him and finding more pictures of a coverup I wanted done, I was back to being Chris's problem and told to contact him. Chris was more worried about how much money I had to spend for the cover up than the worst. I spent $400 on a tattoo that is disgracing my brother's memory. I was also told it was my fault because I was moving. I didn't realize I was moving and never once did Chris say anything about it or ask me to stop moving. read more

I would highly advise against anyone who plan to get a tattoo to avoid this place. One of their artist gave me a quote for $800 to do a tat on my back. We showed up, filled out paperwork, gave a copy of my ID & paid the amount quoted. He didn't finish it because they closed at midnight and said we would have to come back to have it finished. My husband gave him a $200 tip as we agreed to a date and time to go back which was today. My husband sent him a text to confirm my appt and the artist Chris read lied that if I wanted it finished it would be an additional $600 which is not what we agreed to in writing via text and in person. We contacted the owner Jarrod who is no help at all. He feels he has no liability in the transaction even though he owns the shop and the artist works for him. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General for violating the Deceptive Trades Practices Act for trying to extort more money from us after making an agreement in writing with us. I have also filed a complaint with the regulating and licensing depts for Tattoo shops. I will be filing a civil suit against the owner and the artist next week. The artists reasoning for increasing the price was that he underestimated the time it would take to do it all. I've attached pictures of the text messages between my husband and the artist so everyone can see it in black and white for themselves. Lots of other shops and artist out there that do great work and don't try to extort you for more money after they made an agreement with you... you should. Heck them out instead of wasting your time and money at this place. read more

Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off with their $100 minimum and if you want your money stolen. Consulted with a guy about a small tattoo and he said he could do it for me but without some of the small detail. I said that was fine and he preceded to take my money and then print out my tattoo. He made it much larger than I wanted it and said I would not find any artist to do it as small as I actually wanted it. I said okay then I want my money back. Talked to the owners wife and everything and they simply refused to give me my $100 bill back saying it was "already in the safe". She then said the owner could do the tattoo I wanted in that size but I thought no one could possibly make it the size I wanted?? At that point I just wanted to get my money back and get the hell out of there. They were just bullshitting me to take my money and the owner himself would not come and speak to me about it.
