Each instructor has a different style so I think it's good to practice with each one. Then you can sort through who best suits your personality. I've taken 3 classes so far at this studio and it has been amazing. The studio is a really nice size, so you have room to move around. The staff is very friendly. I love taking Pilates because it doesn't feel like a workout (until the next day, when I can't move). Pilates works the whole body in just 50 minutes. Give them a try! You will be addicted.

They placed a freeze on my account when I called to discuss the reasons for being unable to return due to physical therapy they did not cancel my membership they charged me again and stated that they did not cancel because my contract requires it be in writing. I did not realize I was being by charged again and they now refuse to refund anything at all. I joined nearly a year ago paying $159 monthly and was never using it but hey I'm welcome to use the sessions I've paid for this month. Just note this before signing a contract with them.

We started noticing her hands had what looked like a fungus on them. Almost what I would think athletes feet would look like. We tried different medications and nothing would heal it. I had her stay out of the gym for a few weeks to see if it would go away.... it did. She started back to the gym and so did the skin issue We decided we wanted to just cancel and not risk this spreading incase the gym was causing it. I didn't want to cause a stink about it, just cancel and move on. After months of trying to cancel a membership (aware of fees that would need to be paid without a problem) I could not get a call back or locate anyone who worked in the facility. Finally I received a response by email this week then a phone call and the amount of narcissism in the experience was absolutely astounding. What was suppose to be me asking a question about the contracts end date and paying the small fees to have this over with, turned into a woman telling me, out of nowhere, that she suggested I keep a copy of the contract in the future...BTW, that was never an issue for us . We've been aware of what a contract is and fees that are associated with it when you want out early. I absolutely became rude at that point by telling her this was the worst experience and we wanted it over and would never recommend this place to anyone. We have been to multiple gyms over the years and have never seen such a lack of professionalism. What I wanted to prevent was exposing why we wanted out of this gym, but after this experience I would hate for anyone to get stuck in this mess as we were. In our opinion, the gym is not clean, doesn't feel safe, and could have been the cause of a skin issue. I unnecessarily paid for this membership for several months due to the lack of customer services. in that time I do believe she would use the tanning bed off and on and didn't have any problems, so i think that may be one positive thing I can mention. I really hope this was just a fluke and others havent experienced this. It has been an hour since That phone call, the payment has been deducted from my account, and I have yet to receive the receipt that was suppose to be sent to my email.

My concern is not with the quality of instruction, but with the enrollment process and communication of membership restrictions. Before joining, I discussed class placement with an instructor and was told that based on my experience and performance in the introductory class, moving into a Level 1.5 class would be appropriate. After enrolling, I learned that I would not be eligible to take Level 2 classes until completing approximately 100 Level 1.5 classes. This requirement was never disclosed to me before I agreed to enroll, and had it been, I would not have purchased the membership. I also was not given the opportunity to review the membership agreement before agreeing to enroll. I received the agreement afterward, and only then learned the full terms of the membership. When I called to inquire about canceling after learning of the Level 2 restriction, I was informed that I could not cancel until after three months. Upon reviewing the agreement, I found that it contained a rescission provision that appeared to allow cancellation within three days, exclusive of holidays and weekends, of the contract's making. This created further confusion and frustration regarding my rights as a new member. I believe Club Pilates would benefit from clearly disclosing class progression requirements and membership terms before enrollment so that prospective members can make a fully informed decision. The instructors and classes themselves were positive; my concerns relate solely to the enrollment process and the lack of disclosure regarding significant restrictions that affected my decision to join.
