You use parts of your body you didn't know you had (or didn't use at least). Great workout without the stress and shock of normal runs, jumps, other training. I would say that it is definitely a place where you don't have to worry about anything other than showing up and putting in work. Their team is really helpful and really want you to do well. Each instructor has a different style so I think it's good to practice with each one. Then you can sort through who best suits your personality.
