I was frustrated and hopeless, especially after being on the west coast and being spoiled by the great yoga instructors of the world. Then I found Sarah KC and I was over the moon. She is such a wonderful instructor. She really knows what she is doing. She knows the proper Sanskrit asanas, how to go deeper in the poses, and the overall mind body spirit connection to your yoga practice.
