It's really nice when a problem comes up, make the call and in most cases a technician comes over the same day or in a very short time. They do a thorough job inspecting , troubleshooting when needed and servicing the unit. When parts are needed they get them in and installed in a timely fashion. The annual service contract is very helpful and keeps the filter changes on schedule.
