Fantastic communication and customer service. They met with us immediately to get an estimate and then they showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up afterwards. It was start to finish an excellent, stress-free experience.

J&J (aka Fence Boss) was hired by our neighbor, and we did not consent to having the fence removed…read moreas we had contracted our own company. J&J tore down the fence, despite our protests. The head person threatened us, saying they'd tear down this $hi**y fence, would throw it in our yard and leave all of it for us to clean up. This was unnecessarily aggressive and highly unprofessional. If you're considering hiring this company, I encourage you to read their many reviews, which describe the owner as verbally aggressive and hostile, plus the business's replies calling their customers liars. We witnessed this first-hand yesterday and the owner unleashed with vitriol on Nextdoor when we shared the facts about our interactions, and then deleted all of their comments (which is also telling, as their accusations were inappropriate). Buyer beware and make sure to read the Fence Boss reviews and do a background check before you decide to go with these folks-- this wasn't an isolated incident, but a pattern of behavior with past customers. However, if you want to move forward and tear down your neighbor's fence without their approval... these are your guys!

Cedar as the primary option and price were definitely the reason I initially chose them. And my wife and I are very pleased with how it turned out. We contacted a number of companies for quotes--all of which were obscenely overpriced. Not to mention some of the people we talked to at these companies were just down right arrogant and rude. Thank goodness my boyfriend found Elliott. Despite how busy they were, Eric came out right away and was able to give us an extremely affordable quote (a relief for us new home owners). But most importantly, you can tell he is a good, honest person. He was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We were originally planning to replace just part of the fence this month but had another urgent repair come up, so we will be using Eric and his team to replace our entire fence this Spring. I will provide an update once our fence is finished. But I wanted others to know about the positive experience we've had with Elliott Fence so far, especially after our negative experience with 5 out of the 6 other companies we received quotes from. If you're looking for honesty, integrity, EXCELLENT customer service, quality and affordability, look no further than Elliot Fence.

We called a few companies but weren't completely happy with most of them; either the prices were too high or the salesmen saw us as dollar signs. Luckily, we ended up discovering Elliott Fence and we couldn't be happier with the results. The owner of the company, Eric, personally came to our property and provided a thorough explanation of the types of fences he provides, answered all of our questions, and gave his honest opinion on which type of fence would be best for us. We ended up going with a standard side by side fence with trim and staining, but my girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the results! The new fence is not only beautiful, but provided some much-needed serenity and security for both us and our dogs. A few days after installing the new fence, we were inundated by a heavy storm that caused some minor issues with the new gate. Eric promptly had his team make some necessary adjustments to the gate and it's working better than ever! Thanks again Eric and team! We'll be recommending Elliott Fence to everyone we know, and we hope to do business with them again!

After we had selected Bluebonnet to do the fence, we learned that they had also built a fence for our dear friends in Flower Mound. She told me, "When we had that tornado, a tree fell on our new fence. It didn't budge."
