I had a TERABLE experience with Lane. The builder could not build off his plans and I had to have…read moreanother architect redraw and fix over 20 things that prevented this house from being built. I first called Lane and he answered and talked to me for over an hour about how he was the right chose and he was local and could meet any time! After going back and forth way too many times, because he did not understand what it was trying to say in a text, I asked to meet to get it all resolved. He then informed me (after collection his deposit) that he does not meet with his clients only through text and email. I could type a 100-page book on how unprofessional and uncooperative he was, but I am going to just leave it at this, RUN from this guy!!! Mom loves the custom shelf along the inside wall--it's both beautiful and functional. We initially planned for a glass shower door, but as we better understood Mom's mobility needs, the Dixon Brothers worked with us to pivot to a curtain design instead. This allowed clear placement of her swivel shower chair with armrests, and safe use of grab bars at both the entrance and back wall. Their flexibility, craftsmanship, and attention to accessibility made all the difference. A+ work!
