Wise Air prioritized us and didn't delay service which kept happening with two prior companies. Zach of Wise Air was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and even helped install additional venting that we required. If any issues came up - he addressed them right away until the job was completed. Our new system works great! Based on our positive experience we definitely recommend Wise Air Works and we will continue to come back for any future services!

In our opinion, it was incredibly well built. we do not have cracks in our sheetrock, which we have experienced in other homes. The soil was very well prepared, and our foundation has not cracked anywhere as far as we know. There are at least 150 different clubs that residents can join if they wish to, as well as a wonderful creative arts building where a resident can paint, throw pots, draw, run prints- whatever you like. We have a really nice restaurant and grill at the Clubhouse, as well as a good library, and a terrific Dog Park, which is kind of the Community Social Hub. The golf course is public, and it is rated number two in the state, I think. It is a great course, and there are golf groups for both men and women if you want to join, or you can play on your own if you prefer. There are newly built Bocce courts, and a superb gym where we can go to work out at no additional cost. There are travel groups here that go to interesting places. Maybe because we are all of a "certain age", we tend to look out for one another and help out whenever we can. We and our friends have commented together about how incredibly fortunate we are to have found this place to live. We say that if you cannot find anything to do here, that's your problem, not Robson's!!

The sales people encourage Preferred Guests to ask residents what we like best and what we like least... Mom's the only one with a least and hers is that she sometimes feels too busy because she wants to do so many things. You can be as busy or as unbusy as you want to be here. There are always a ton of things going on. I understand that everyone is tired in early 2023 of "supply chain" excuses and unavailability, but those issues have no correlation to Robson properties in Texas or Arizona, these markets are hot and growing quickly. It's difficult to hire, everything at one time or another is out of stock, it is the current state of the world. Please come form your own opinion and pay no attention to grumps with no empathy for what we've all been enduring for close to 3 years now.

We called this company in need of some home appliances for onstage action (refrigerator, stove, i.e.). In only two short weeks, these amazing people set aside a refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer for us to use in our play. While I was picking these items up from their location (where they loaded our items on the trailer for us) I sold the cashier some fundraiser cookies for our softball team as well. These are great people who are hard-working and go by the golden rule. Did I mention I got the appliances for free, too?

The Meeks guy tells us we need a new compressor a new main board and new valves all which will require us to pay labor for, rather than wanting to even talk about the 10 year warranty on our unit... I called Michael here at Shack and he had Evan over here as soon as possible, honestly. Evan within a short while correctly diagnosed the real problem and was able to find a simple mistake made by the Meeks technician who installed our unit. Evan quickly resolved the problem and got our unit working without having to replace any parts or do any further work. Shack HVAC saved our family several hundred dollars if not more over another local company who was going to try to take advantage of us. Shack HVAC saved the day!! And they were honestly more overall professional and thorough with their customer service and how they approached the whole situation. Theyre the first company in a long time to honestly serve customers and not just take The lazy way out. Thanks Guys!

Michael gave me a ballpark amount over the phone, which was very reasonable, and stuck to the price. I highly recommend him for his quality work, ethics, and demeanor. He's my go to from now on.
